So I haven’t done any PE for a few days and I am think I am going to take a nice long 6 month break since I have had such a hard time gaining over the past two years. So for now until June I’m done. Best of luck to all of you and I hope everyone reaches their goals.

It’s fucking difficult to not PE. On another note, I’ve been out of the gym for a while due to a shoulder injury and now I’ve been able to get back to the gym thank goodness. So the only thing I have to report on is the gym and my new sexual endeavors, but I just got a call to go get something to eat. So I’ll talk about it later. Hope everyone is doing well.

You coulda done legs, cardio and excersizes that don’t require the shoulder joint.

I did. Now my legs are fucking huge and I can run for miles. No just kidding. My legs are huge already and extremely ripped. It was nice to take a break, but I’m excited to get back to the gym. I did do cardio for a while, then I didn’t like how much weight I was loosing. So now I’m ready to get back to it and find my lost physique again.

Three months into my break and I’m noticing the discoloration going away more and more. Also I am feeling more and more loss of size recently. I am hoping that once I start back to my PE’ing I hope I can grow again.

Have you measured a loss in size? Apologize for not reading through your log before posting. Going to go find out why you are on a break right now; whether it was injury or a decon break. When will you be coming back?

Haven’t measured, just a feels as if. On a break due to not gaining in two years and allow the discoloration to subside hopefully.

I’m having that feeling that I am loosing size. This is what lead me to find this website years ago. I have been on a decon break for a few months now and a large amount of the discoloration I developed has subsided. Also I feel I’ve lost all my gains. I haven’t measured, but I think this is the last month I will be on a break. I’m ready to build my dick again. One thing I have been doing is reading a lot more and trying to come up with a plan on attack when I resume my PE endeavors. Hopefully I’ll gain. I want to be bigger.
