So I got a little into the game I was watching and ended up jelqing for an hour. Now I’m using my ADS. I’m not using it right now, but when I use my vac ads I always feel like I have to piss. I wonder what causes this.

I just can’t get back to a steady routine. It’s frustrating. Also it may be due to the fact that when I was consistent with my routine I didn’t gain in almost a year. Maybe I’ll go back to hanging for a few months.

1st day hanging again. 4x20 5 lbs. In the first set I felt the fatigue set in and I tried to make sure I experienced it every set. The skin pulling sucks though. I’m hoping I can continue on this with out injury like last time I was hanging.

2nd day hanging. 4x20 5 lbs. Didn’t feel fatigue till the second set. I will be logging a total by hours. Last time I did my hanging I was hanging for a consistent 4 hours a day. I want to get back to there just not as much weight. I believe that is what caused the injury last time. If I can reach fatigue with 10 lbs or less under 20 minutes then I’m happy. Last time I was using around 25 lbs. My hanging was SO for a majority of the time. This time I will do most of my hanging BTC.

So I am at 2 hours and 40 minutes in 2 days. I will continue with this 4x20 routine for 2 weeks.

I went through my thread last night and realized that I wasn’t hitting fatigue in the first two sets so I decided to increase the weight. In the first set I did reach fatigue only after 25 minutes though. So I’m not truly doing 20 minute sets. I’m going till I feel fatigue as long as the head of my dick is ok, but I am staying strapped in for an hour and twenty minutes.

Had to come on here and talk about this. Just finished having sex with my girlfriend and she told me how I felt longer. I fucking loved it. So I am going to make sure I keep up with my hanging routine.

Yesterday I did another hanging set. 1 hour 20 minutes with breaks as needed. 10 lbs

Total 6 days 8 hours. I will PE today. Probably should do it while watching the Saints game, but I’m doing other stuff right now, so it will have to be later.

PE today. 1 hour and 20 minutes 10 lbs, breaks as needed. Hoping to hit fatigue in the first set. I don’t want to have to go up, but you have to do what you have to do.

PE today. 1 hour 20 minutes 10 lbs, breaks as needed. During the first set I felt the fatigue kick in near the end. I took a slight break and strapped back in. Felt as if it were a very good session. I had a sensation of a deep stretching in during the session. After the other day when my girlfriend told me she could tell I was longer I am feeling more motivated to stay consistent with my routine.

Total day 8 10 hours 40 minutes of hanging.

Honestly I think I can go longer, but I get so fucking bored just sitting here for hours hanging.

So I haven’t been able to PE for the past few days due to life. I have been able to stretch, but not able to hang. Today I’m back to hanging and loving it.

10 lbs 1 hour 20 minutes

Total: hanging day 9 12 hours.

I starting Tuesday I will increase my time strapped in to 2 hours. I am not feeling a great deal of fatigue yet. I guess I have to increase the weight. It seems to hit me sometimes and not hit me other times. I am not sure why, but I’ll be doing some analysis with hopes of finding the exact reason fatigue does and doesn’t set in.
