PE log and journal

Ok, I am trying to keep a more accurate track of my ADS wearing. So I am going to record the hours on here along with my days of exercising. As of now I am around 56 hours of wearing my ADS. I think I have actually been wearing it longer, but I am not sure of the first few days so I don’t want to put numbers down that I’m not sure of. So I am going to log the hours daily. Today I have been wearing my ADS for 2 hours, but I am trying to wear it while I sleep for a few hours. I get up at 6 and it’s already 1:30 so I don’t think there will be any issues. I am sleeping in a recliner so I can’t twist and turn. Plus I don’t have the tension extremely tight, just enough to let me know it’s there.

I wore my ADS for 3 hours yesterday and I just put it on today. Hopefully I”ll be able to keep it on for at least 2 hours. I’m on vacation right now so I haven’t been really doing any PE, but I do have a much better tan that I did 2 days ago. Once I get home I will get back to Jelqing. So as of right now I am at 59 hours of wearing my ADS on day 25. I am not sure with the days, but it’s as close as I can guess. So this is where I am

I think once I reach 200 hours of ADS and 100 days of jelqing then I’ll measure again.

Would like to hear more about the ads. I’m glad you’re recording this. I heard that 1000 hours is the average to get 1” length.

I need to stop going out. I think thats what causing me to have such a fucked up schedule. Actually I know it is. If my schedule wasn’t so messed up I’d be PE’ing along with other activities I’ve stopped for the meantime. I will be back on schedule this weekend.

I know consistency is key to this and usually I am pretty good about my PE, but lately I just haven’t been able to stay on track. So I started to wonder if I should really keep a ongoing log of my efforts if they are not as consistent as I’d like them to be. Maybe my lack of consistency is due to the other things going on in my life. Well now with most things having calmed down I should be able to refocus my efforts and hopefully gain something while keeping a good log.

Hopefully PE will resume tomorrow.
