I’ve had them before. It just surprised the shit out of me while I was stretching. Once I realized what had just happened, I laughed and continued with my stretching. Just reminded me of when I first started PE a few years ago.

I honestly don’t know DJ. After the lig pop, I did seem to be significantly longer than I thought I was before but it could all have been in my head. Lig pops feel and sound like tearing though so I don’t see how they could be beneficial.

Nah. When I had my first one, I stopped stretching right there and didn’t even do jelqing. I found it to be a thoroughly unsettling experience.

I hate when doubt sets in.

Today has to be one of the best days ever. I don’t think I’ve changed the channel from FX. It’s a two and a half men marathon. It’s just been a “mans day”. My son and I had steak and eggs this morning, hamburgers for lunch and filets for dinner. Now as we sit and watch two and a half men we are sitting outside while I smoke a good cuban cigar and have a nice glass of whiskey. What a nice day.

He had to go to his mothers for a few hours so thats when I did my PE.
