PE log and journal

Wow those are some big numbers. I have no doubt they’ll produce results. Keep it up. I feel you on the ADS, I just found mine on my floor and went “Oh yeah I was going to wear you last night.” PE is turning into bbing (calories, supplements, schedule, lifting progress) for me, too many things to think about (warmup, kegel, jelq, ads).

Clamping day 98. 4 sets 30 minutes. I am getting much better expansion today. Sometimes I forget to kegel before I tighten down on the clamp. Today, I didn’t forget to and I was able to get a great session.

I know how you feel man. My life just keeps getting busier and it makes it harder to PE, especially the sleep thing. You just gotta think long-term and take every tiny increase as a tiny step forward.

Clamping day 102. 5 sets 30 minutes. Feeling heavier and thicker on a daily basis right now. Last night my girlfriend had problems with me. She was saying it was thicker and causing her some pain. We had to stop having sex, which sucked.

Clamping day 103. 4 sets 30 minutes. I was doing some PE earlier and got tired so I only did one set. So While watching the game I’m going my 4 sets. So all in all 5 sets today.

Just can’t get back into it for some reason. I am thinking of stopping clamping and going back to jelqing. I haven’t done any PE in 15 days.

Jelqing day 1 20 minutes with before and after heating. Static stretcher for 1 hour after.

So I took a break from clamping. I was just getting frustrated with clamping and the only thing I really noticed is that my dick got a lot darker. I haven’t measured, but I will tomorrow to see if there was any progress.
