I’ve read about issues with blistering when using a vac cap ADS (or hanger). I agree that theoretically it seems like the best way to promote elongation across the whole shaft, tip to tail basically. Has it been easy to use, on and off, adjustments, etc?

I stopped using it for a while and was actually thinking of using it again. It was extremely easy to use. I’d slip it on and off all day long. I actually wore the ADS all day, but not with the cap. I used weighted balls in the silicone sleeve so it hung down the side of my leg. The only problem, IMHO, is that it didn’t create enough tension. So I was planning on going back to the cap which allows for increased tension.

Silicone sleeve? Which ADS were you using? Did you make the cap or buy it? I feel like my wrapped ADS is a pain, too temperamental, and inconsistent.

I switched to the autoxleeve I believe it’s called. It’s MUCH easier to use that that maxpro I was using. The cap came with the product. Yeah this ADS is much more consistent and easy to use. Personally I think You’d be happy with it. Do some reading about it and let me know what you think.

Day 49 of clamping. 5 sets of 15 minutes. Not very good expansion today due too much sex last night. My dick has that exhausted feeling. Maybe I’ll take the day off tomorrow.

So I was having problems sleeping lately and last night I took some meds to help me sleep. Today I noticed my dick felt thinner and shorter. I didn’t measure or anything, but I just felt different. So I only did two sets today.

Clamping day 51. Only 2 sets today 15 minutes each. Probably going to take off tomorrow and Thursday.

Sleep drugs totally affect your EQ and hang. I found a thread on here about it last year when I was taking them. It’s crazy how fast they affect your PIs, and got me to stop taking them unless it’s practically an emergency. Stay off them a few days and it all returns.

Thank you sir. I figured thats what it was so I am trying not to do it an with your reassurance I know I won’t be taking them unless necessary.

So I realized that I haven’t been getting the best expansion so I decided to revisit the clamping instructions and relearn the proper way to clamp. I’m glad I did. I wasn’t kegeling blood into my dick once clamped. Since rereading the instructions my expansion has been so much better. I am getting about 1/4 inch more expansion than before. So I am getting 1/2 inch more expansion than my normal girth. Hopefully this will aid in growth.
