So I am starting to get a little discouraged with clamping. I know I shouldn’t, especially since I haven’t measured yet, but I am. I am wondering if it’s doing any good. I don’t feel thicker unless clamped, no signs of growth. This is one of the reasons I increased my sets. I am also thinking of getting back into hanging. I was doing pretty well with my routine last time I was hanging, but due to an injury I stopped and haven’t resumed. I’d like to adopt someones good girth routine for a few months.

I think the hanging was good, but you overdid it (as you know). Maybe you saw amazing results early on with PE, and are always seeking that same reward. I used to do the same thing with lifting. I would do a certain workout for 3 weeks, then switch, thinking the workout was faulty and wasn’t giving me the results I wanted. The truth was it was just time. I wasn’t patient enough for the schedule to do it’s thing.

I think reading the threads of the clampers might help, if you find some guys that really did it for a long time. What I learned from their threads is that the expansion during clamping got better and better, and then the gains un-clamped caught up. After so many times of being expanded, your dick finally learns it should be that size all the time. That process repeats itself and that’s how those gains come. And since you already increased your sets, the progress should come. Just don’t fall into the same pitfall as hanging where you overdo it.

Recently my thinking in regards to bbing has become, “Trust the science.” No matter how I feel, or what weird justifications go on in my head, I follow my diet and workout plan that many before me have had success with. So far I’m getting stronger each week. It may take more than a week for you to see gains, but trust the experience of those before us.

If you give clamping a shot for 2 solid months, with zero progress, I’d agree you go back to hanging (normal hanging, not jb hanging, lol).

Yeah if I do go back to hanging I will be as dedicated as I was before, just not as much weight. I think thats what caused the injury. I think I increased weight to soon, but I am going to give the clamping a steady try. I have been very dedicated to it, maybe missing a day here and there, but nothing long term. If after 3 months I don’t see any gains then I guess I should switch.

So last night I was with my girlfriend and after she blew me she came up and told me I felt thicker. I guess this clamping thing is starting to work. So I guess I’m going to do some more clamping today.

I have been wearing my ADS for a while now and I’m starting to think that the weights are not sufficient. I think that using the vac cap to allow for maximum stretching that this is what would cause elongation. So I think tomorrow I will switch to the cap. The only thing I don’t like about that is that when I have to piss it just takes a little longer to remove and reattach everything.

Day 44 of clamping. I was going to take the day off but decided against it. Then while clamping I noticed I couldn’t clamp down as far as previously. I hope this is from growth, but I’m going to wait to measure.

Decided to clamp today. Might clamp tomorrow, not sure. Day 45 of clamping. Feeling growth and starting to see some discoloration. Trying to prevent it as much as possible.
