I think a lighter pull on the ADS over a long period of time is good. I used to tie mine on with a good amount of tension, and it would always slip off. I think I was putting too much tension on it. If you’re wearing it for 12 hours though, a tiny amount of force should yield results.

Keep up the multi-faceted attack, I’m sure it will bring great gains.

So I am getting back to my life FINALLY. I had to take a break from the gym and I am seeing and feeling those effects. Today I finally got done with some important deals at work. I am so fucking happy to be done. Now I can get back to the gym and strip clubs while building a big dick to beat strippers with.

I have also incorporated some stretching while clamped. I bend my dick downwards while clamped which is giving me an amazing stretch along the top of my dick. I try to do it for half the time I’m clamped.
