Sounds good. I don’t remember the rest-time offhand, but you’ll find it easily. I remember guys saying they jelqed in between sets for blood flow. Increased expansion with each set seems right, as the tissues become more elastic and are able to fill more and more. I’m sure you’ll results quickly, which is how I became interested in clamping in the first place. I’m interested to see if you get any discoloration over time, that was my only concern with clamping.

So I did find out about the recommended rest time between sets and it’s 10 minutes. During my research I did find that some do believe that there is no reason to take a break from girth work. Big Girtha did work daily he said and due to that his results were optimal. So now I am considering increasing my girth work load to daily. Girtha did also say he did clampathons on the weekends, but I have no intentions on doing that yet. So I think starting tomorrow I will do clamping daily.

Research is now showing me I have been doing some tough clamping and that I should not be completely erect when under clamp. Now I will no longer be completely erect when under clamp. Tomorrow I will do some clamping and start a new routine for me which will be just regular clamping just no longer erect and every day.

Yeah I think they said you start the clamping at 80 or 90%, and then it continues to fill with blood and gets harder and harder as it expands? Clamping is like building a house, measure twice and cut once. Double check the research, then nail it every time. I’m sure you’ll have 9” EG by New Year’s.

I did my clamping last night and was able to do 3 sets. The first and last set was good, but the second set wasn’t so good. I was clamped down and my girlfriend started blowing me and it led to sex with the clamp on. But I would only have sex with her for 10 minutes because of the time constraints of clamping. Everything was much better today as far as day after feeling goes. Previously I was putting too much pressure on my dick and putting my dick through too much. Now I seem to be clamping better and hopefully building a thicker dick.

I just did my clamping for the day and I had unbelievable expansion. I put a wrap on while sitting and I stretched my dick out and was able to put the wrap on very, very close to the base. Then I stood up and stimulated myself, clamped down and was good to go. I attached a second clamp perpendicular to the first clamp in order to completely lock off blood flow. I sat down and watched football and my erection my have subsided, but the engorgement was still HUGE. I think this was a goooooood clamping session.

I’ve been going pretty steady with my clamping. Took a day off yesterday and will resume today. I have been able to get better control over the blood flow. It seems that with the dual clamps in a perpendicular manner that I am keeping engorgement. The main problem I’m having is I keep clamping right before sex. Due to the stimulation before clamping, when having sex, ejaculation is happening quicker. Not really a problem. I’m starting to wonder at what point does discoloration start to really set in.

Look up “The Dragon Roll”, I think in the main member area. One guy said he started doing it after his warm-down and it helped evacuate the stored blood from clamping. He thought it could be very helpful in preventing discoloration.

Still doing pretty good on my clamping routine. Now I am noticing I am stretching farther than before. I am stretched out a little over 8” for the first time EVER. I haven’t measured my EL yet because I am working on girth. If I continue to have this feeling that I am gaining length then I will measure some time in January.

Yeah I actually have been doing that due to a injury. I fucking hate it. I’m about to start jogging or something just to be active since I can’t lift, but I hate doing cardio. The only time I do it is when I’m getting ready for a show.

I appreciate the info for the fire roll. I’ll check it out. Hopefully I will gain in both directions.

Clamping again today. I didn’t clamp yesterday or the day before due to high amounts of sex and I just didn’t want to do it after.

I haven’t been wearing my ADS as I’d like, but I’m going to try to remember to do it daily. I think I need sticky notes posted all around my house to remind me. Maybe just posting one on my computer will be sufficient.

I think wearing an ADS post-pe could have huge benefits. If I could rearrange my life to PE in the morning I would be all over it.

I am going to wear it more. I hope this gives me some more gains. I think I’m going to be wearing two different types. In the morning I will be wearing the maxpro that I have. I find that it’s easy to take on and off and not noticeable under my clothes. At night I will be wearing the silicone sleeve with some added weights. I seem to do my clamping in the morning so hopefully this will work out.

One of the things I am wondering about is when you start to feel that burning feeling in your skin. Is that due to the skin stretching? Sometimes when I have the ADS on for a while I get that feeling and just have to take the ADS off immediately.
