It had to be the gains, I’m pretty sure I haven’t changed my technique in some time. Maybe next time I will try a new technique with the added gains. Hopefully it will benefit us again. Been thinking of this all day. What other technique is there? I’ve been around more than enough times to know what works, but now I’m wondering if there is something different. I guess this is something I will have to research.

I wasn’t going to PE today, but I realized that I have to go back out of town next week and won’t be able to PE. Therefore I decided to PE tonight. I did the first part of my routine and I wasn’t feeling a good stretch. I stood up while doing an aided A stretch and felt one of the best stretches I’ve felt in a long time. I continued to stand up while performing the remainder of my stretches. I will definitely stretch like this in the future. I now need to do the second part of my routine, but I am not able to wait the recommended time before performing this. I guess I will just have to continue. I have work tomorrow and will be wearing my ADS. I’m actually approaching my measurement date, but I think I am going to skip it this month. I did measure at the end of last month and I was happy with gained. I think that by not measuring I will hopefully be more elated in the following month when I do measure. I’m getting closer to thinking of hanging. I am going to wait till the gains stop from my current routine though before I start hanging.

I always stretch standing up. I guess it started out of convenience. Sometimes I can hold myself in a stretch, and then squat or lean. It aids the stretch a little I have found.

What do you use to assist your A and V stretches? I’m just doing manual V stretches now.

I take a half of a broom stick, wrap a face rag around it then use that in my stretching. The broom stick is across my legs so when I stand up the broom stays in place without me having to hold it. My legs are very large so it works great for me. I am happy I did this by accident. The stretch wasn’t really feeling like it was effective till I stood up.

I was able to wear my ADS for at least 4 hours today. I’m hoping that tomorrow I will be able to wear it for a longer duration.

This shit is all about discipline. I really just wanted to masturbate all day, but I forced myself to PE. I did the first part of my routine and again I didn’t feel like I was getting the stretch I want. I tried different positions but nothing really seemed to give me that great stretching feeling. I’m suppose to go have dinner with some friends. Now this is a bitch for me since I am dieting for a competition and so I can’t really eat what I want to. Also I have to do the second part of my routine later. I am hoping that I find some other stretches which will give me that good stretch feeling.

I did the second part of my routine tonight and I only jelqed for 20 minutes. I then wore an ADS for about 4 hours. I was then going to keep it on, but I got tired so I went home, took it off and I’m about to go to bed.

Haven’t had time to exercise yet. One of my ex’s came over late last night and finally left today. I had to make up some shit about how I had to go help someone move. So she finally left. So yesterday I got a call from the Internet porn girl I used to fuck. She called me telling me she was coming back from Vegas after filming and wants to get together. I told her that’s fine, but she then proceeded to tell me how she wanted a relationship. I told her how I was not that type and I wished her the best of luck in finding what she wanted and if she still wants to come hang out she can.

I just find this side and I am overwhelm with amount of information and confused with the variation of different techniques of PE. Can somebody give me a word of advice. I started my routine around two months ago. I practice the dry stretch for half an hour every morning. I have some gains- from 7.75 to 8.25. Lately I do not observe any gains. Do you thing that I should take a brake and let my penis rest for the while or maybe you can suggest another routine which will stimulate it’s growth.

My damn friends are coming over to hang out and have a bull session so I can’t PE, then I am expecting a call from one of the girls I’m dating. She is out drinking and wants to come over later. As much fun as it is to do all this stuff, I really just want to PE. I have work tomorrow so I can’t PE there, but I am going to wear my ADS while at work. If I get a chance to PE tonight I will be so happy.
