Sounds like overtraining, doesn’t it.

For what it is worth, Wadzilla (gained an inch+ in girth) thinks less frequent workouts are better for girth. Basically, per Wad, the tissues need more recovery time that when you are working length.

Well I have cut back and now I’m just doing some clamping whenever I can get some work in. I have a hectic schedule and because of that I can only get some PE in every now and then. So due to this I am not putting as much stress on my dick as before.

I guess I’ve mainly been doing clamping for the past week or so and yesterday and today I had problems with the clamp. The cable clamp is not really working for me for some reason. I am thinking I am going to try a velcro strap next time. So I guess I’m off to the store. I did measure my length two days ago and I hit the 8” make, but thats my bpfsl. Actually I was a little over 8, but this is the first time I’ve ever hit the 8” mark. It seems weird that when I work on girth I gain length and when I work on length I gain girth. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but right.

Clamped today. I went about bought a velcro strap so I use that in combination with a cable clamp. I’m finding that the angle of the cable clamp is what seems to be so important. I’m starting to get it correct though.

So after doing a lot of reading on clamping I am deciding to be dedicated to girth work for some time, at least three months. So as of now I am doing clamping to start for 3 sets of 5-10 minutes probably every other day for now.

So I have been reading a lot about clamping and I am thinking that I will start to do clamped horse squeezes. I seem to actually have pretty good expansion with my velcro and cable clamp combination, but I am planning on trying something a little different. First I am thinking that this will be some type of newbie gains hopefully since I’ve really never done any girth work. I’m hoping that doing some advanced girth work early on will cause more growth for me due to an increased about of stress being put on the unit. I will continue to do 3 sets of 5-10 minutes while doing these clamped horse squeezes.

Just be careful jumping to those advanced clamping techniques. Proceed slowly and cautiously, as the ballistically-hung veterans often tell us.

I am taking TheContinental’s advice and will not jump into the advanced girth exercises. Instead I am sticking to clamping every other day for 3 sets of 5-10 minutes.

So I was going to try and wear an ads after doing girth work, but it wasn’t going to happen today. I am a little sore under my head and couldn’t comfortably wear it. I’m hoping I can wear it tomorrow. Seems I’m doing girth work one day on and one day off. I’m still not sure if this is an adequate schedule for girth work.

I read some thread recently that said girth work is usually more intense, and thus 1 on 1 off can have better results than the 2 on 1 off of normal routines. Since slowing my strokes down and changing my grip my workouts are more intense and I seem to have better PIs with 1 on 1 off.

Sounds great. Glad to hear your routine is going better. I think I read that also so I have been doing that, but when I was searching for a good girth routine I was unable to find anything substantial. So I guess I’ll stick to the 1 on 1 off for a few months. I’m hoping this works well for me.

I did routine again today. I think I am getting great expansion lately. I am expanding a little more than 1/4 of an inch when clamping. During the first set I think my expansion is good that the other two sets don’t look like I’m expanding as well, but measuring shows I am. In the first set I have veins everywhere and the second and third sets the veins are less noticeable. I think this is due to some swelling after the first set. I am now using two cable clamps at the base. I was reading how using one cable clamp doesn’t completely constrict all the blood due to the design of the clamp so I use a second clamp and when I attach it I put it perpendicular to the other one so there should be a complete constriction of the blood. The only thing I am not sure of and plan on researching in a few minutes is the rest time between sets. Other than that, everything seems to be good.
