Yeah it’s about time I do something other than length work. I’ve been working length for a few years so hopefully the divide and conquer theory will yield gains. I’m just not too sure on how many sets to start off with for clamping.

I think I over did it. My dick felt beaten and worn all day yesterday. No wood till today so maybe I’ll start doing length one day then girth the next instead of both in one day.

One thing I remember about the clamping threads, and I read a bunch of ‘em, is it’s easy to go too far quickly. If you add just one or two minutes per set, a seemingly small amount, it can do some damage. I think it’s like hanging in the sense it takes some time to dial it in, then it starts yielding results. It just carries a little more risk than hanging. I’m sure you’ll lock it down and have a trunk in no time.

A Primer to Clamping & the OLF/OLR Method

I was using his method with the theraband wrap and it worked pretty well.

I will probably take it up again someday, if I don’t get where I want to be with pumping and jelqing. I got a little discoloration from it, my factory issued unit is already pretty dark. Don’t want it darker if I can avoid it.

Thanks for the help. I’ll keep you posted. I just recently got some unsettling news regarding work and it seems I’m not going to be able to dedicate time to PE for a while. I may be able to do some clamping, but there’s no way I can do my entire routine daily. Again thanks.

Ok so I know I’m not small, but you ever have those days when you just feel small? Thats how I’m feeling right now for some reason. I haven’t been doing my PE like I should because of recent issues, but it’s driving me fucking crazy right now. I just feel small and it doesn’t help looking at others pictures on here. Sometimes those pictures act as great motivation and other times they act as discouraging images. I wonder if I’ll ever be at my goal.

Dude, I KNOW you will reach your goal. I would bet all my (and your, lol) money that you will hit it before me. You juggle more work and night-life, and pussy than I do and still have time to get in focused, quality PE. I think about how driven and committed you are a lot, it’s kind of inspirational. You’re determined in all walks of life, it’s just that right now other things are taking priority. Don’t worry. You have short periods where you’re too busy, but that’s ok, because when you get on the PE train you kill it for months at a time. You’ve gained an inch and a half, which just shows what you’re capable of. I know right now it seems like it’s taking forever, but you will have the time to regain that momentum soon. Do what you have to for now. Knowing you it will only be a short matter of time before you’re back at it. Keep your head up

Thanks for your encouraging words. Theres just some days that you don’t feel like your going to ever reach your goal. Thanks. It did help with the motivation today. I did my routine. 10 minutes of heat, 10 minutes of stretching, 20 minutes of jelqing, 10 minutes of heat, 5 minutes of clamping. Hopefully everything will be good later today.

Time in a while. 5 minutes of 10 second holds with a 5 second rest. Felt pretty good.

Yeah I had one of those days myself not too long ago. It just seems to go so sloooooooowly.

Hang in there, you have accomplished a lot already and with your dedication you will accomplish more.

So after doing my routine yesterday I did notice that my flaccid hang wasn’t as good. I guess doing the jelqing and clamping combined is too much. Maybe doing jelqing one day and clamping another day will be ok. I actually think the clamping is whats so stressful on me, but I shall persevere.
