I had a great routine yesterday and later that day I had sex. Today I had sex with another girl twice then came home only to feel so fucking horny that I masturbated three times. I’m so fucking horny that I can’t get my routine in. I kinda did a routine today though. The second girl I was with today watched me pump up last time we had sex and she loved it. It’s not bad, except that the girl had just seem Austin Powers and he had that pump on there. So she was laughing a little because of the movie. Then she was intrigued. Once she saw how it worked she told me not to pump up to much because it was already hurting. So there were no negative reactions.

Great routine today. Stretching went very good. Jelqing was great, decided to go for 25 minutes and felt great. Excellent expansion and heavy hang. Was planning on wearing my ADS, but I’m in shorts and my ADS doesn’t work in shorts so I’ll put it on later tonight for a few hours.

Great routine again today. Amazing stretching, great jelqing. Everything went well. I look bigger, at least to me. I noticed I stretched further also. Hopefully I’ll have a good routine tomorrow.

Diet wise I’m going through a carbing phase right now and it sucks. For one week I’m increasing my carbs. I’m 3 days in so I’m feeling it by now.

Honestly man I’m so miserable right now because of all the carbs I’m taking it. I’m fucking bloated as hell and ready to stop eating like this. Wednesday I start a low carb diet for 3 weeks.

I love carbs, that’s where the delicious crunchy food is. But I have been good at monitoring them. i know what you mean about the bloat, it’s not a good feeling. I like that lean and mean feeling you get when carbs drop off, almost like you’re more solid. My creatine-induced water weight has leveled off I think. It feels different than fat over the muscle, it doesn’t feel as dense. You’ll be lean as hell after 3 weeks of low carbs though. How low are you going?

I don’t exactly know what you mean by carbing up, what is that supposed to accomplish? And how low is low for your carbs, I think I enjoy them way too much for that sort of thing but still interesting.

By carbing up I am saying I’ll increase my carb intake to an unusual amount for a period of time, usually 400 grams for 1 week. Making sure I’m eating good carbs at the proper intervals, every 3 hours, to keep my metabolism up. Once I get used to this, I drop my carbs to around 100 grams for 3 weeks. With dropping my carbs so low it causes my body to eat the stored fat looking for those carbs I’m no longer consuming. It allows you to lose weight at a very rapid pace.

Ok, so again there was an emergency at work today and I wasn’t supposed to work but I did due to this problem. Once the fire was out I went to the game, came home, had a few drinks to with a friend to unwind and now I’m reading different threads on here and I think I’m getting back to hanging starting tuesday. I’m going to hang for three months before measuring. Hopefully I’ll be able to get in 4 hours a day as I was before. Plus my ADS. My only concern is at what weight should I start hanging?. So for the next few days I’ll do some jelqing. I want to hit my short term goal.

Ok, did my routine today and I was looking around for my PE bad to find my ADS. I looked everywhere and I can’t find it. The only conclusion I have come to is that I left it in my mothers car. I used this bag for other things than just PE equipment and now I am a little concerned. Hopefully it will show up somewhere soon.
