After analyzing my diet I’ve realized why it is I think I’ve lost. My fat pad has increased due to certain foods I’ve been eating. Normally my fat pad is VERY low, but recently it’s increased causing me to believe that I’ve lost when in all actuality I haven’t. So tomorrow I am altering my diet in order to minimize my fat pad. Also the girlfriend is back in town and she told me ” you look thicker” and then while having sex “your thicker, a lot thicker”. I haven’t been trying to gain girth, just length but I guess I’m gaining girth. I was unable to do my routine yesterday and today so I will continue my routine tomorrow.

What kind of changes are you making on your diet? I’m curious, as I’m trying to cut and just re-analyzed my diet as well. Found my protein intake was too high for cutting. I’m getting a little obsessed with keeping track of my intake, calories, fat grams, etc. But it’s the only way to keep myself in check.

I did my routine yesterday and I’m feeling pretty good. Good everything. I can see I’m getting thicker and as I said I will measure after I get back from vacation. I still am only trying to work on length, but I seem to be gaining girth.

So last night I went to a local bar to shoot pool. While there I met this asian girl and wouldn’t you know it, we ended up in the strip clubs last night. Then went home together.

Great routine today. Everything went well. I’m heading to Napa tomorrow so I doubt I will be able to PE, but if I can I will. Once I return I’m plan on measuring and if I haven’t gained then I’m going back to hanging.

OK, so I’ve been gone for a few days. My family, friends and I went to Napa for a few days and got SMASHED. Please don’t think I’m trying to brag. We drank over $20,000 worth of wine in 4 days. I didn’t PE once. I didn’t go to the gym, nothing except drinking, eating and fucking. Now I’m finally home and will resume my PE activities tomorrow. I just got in so I’m about to shower and go to bed. I hope everyone has been exceptional here.

The joys of being a good lover. I know this sounds conceded but please don’t take it that way. So today I’m sitting here reading and I get a text message from a girl I used to sleep with. She asks if I’m still available for a mid day rendezvous and I start to ask her about her boyfriend. Well she tells me that he’s a great guy, but she really misses the way I fucked her. She asked to meet up tomorrow for a brief encounter so it looks like I will. Late last night I got a text from another girl I used to date and she said something very similar. She kept saying ” you have something attached to you for years and you don’t know how to control it, what the fuck?” referring to her ex-boyfriend. She then proceeded to tell me how she wants me to teach a “love making class” I laughed my ass off and told her how I’ve never made love a day in my life, but I’ve fucked a lot. Well she wants to meet up also so I think I’m going to try and get these two together and see what happens.

Well since I’ve changed my diet I’ve noticed that my fat pad has decreased and it appears that I’m back to where I was. I’m still shooting for my short term goal and it seems to be elusive as of now. I will continue with my jelqing but I do believe I will resume hanging within a week or two if I haven’t gained from jelqing.

PE: doing my routine. Stretching and jelqing seems good. Excellent expansion. Good, heavy, fuller hang. Feeling good about it

Diet: Fat pad has decreased dramatically, energy has increased and I’m starting to be able to see my six pack again. Strength is great and so is endurance

Sex life: GREAT

I eat pretty healthy for the most part. I’m a gym rat and a health nut. All I did was analyze what I changed in my diet. Once I realized what I did, then I cut it out and was able to see results. All it was, for me, was fruit. I was adding fruit at the end of every meal in order to stop my sweets craving. Well this did curb my craving, but it caused me to gain weight and have a bloated feeling. After cutting it out it only took a couple of weeks and I saw a decrease in my fat pad.

I’m doing stretching and jelqing. I’m pretty much doing the newbie routine still and recently I’ve been feeling thicker. Also when I stretch out I feel I’m longer.
