Did my jelqing today. Will jelq again tomorrow. After jelqing I noticed the top of my dick wasn’t as tight as usual. Hopefully, if I continue to jelq SU it will loosen that ligament and allow more length. I’m planing on resuming my hanging around the 10th of this month. Regardless I will do some more jelqing tomorrow.

Able to do my jelqing today. Not till tonight though. I will take off tomorrow. Yesterday after my routine I noticed that I was stretching longer than the day before. I could feel that the top of my dick was a little less tight than the day before. May have been just due to the routine, but I was able to notice a difference.

On another note. That hot ass chick called me again. This chick is amazingly beautiful, stunning. Now before, when I was younger I would treat her like an object that I wanted and be willing to do whatever she said in order to obtain her. So, now that I’ve grown up and learned what does work. I am in a different place with my attitude. With that being said, she invited me to her house tonight, but I declined because I have things to do in the morning. So we are supposed to do something this week, but I think I’m starting to develop a conscience because I’m starting to feel bad about misleading these girls while I have a girlfriend. I have to figure out how to get rid of this “conscience” thing. Hopefully it will pass. If not, then this will be the last random girl I fuck, for a while.

Today I am thinking if I should continue to jelq for a little while longer instead of getting back to hanging. I haven’t gained in 10 months. I have had to take 3 breaks during that time. Only one was over a 1 month, the others were a week or two. During my last year of not gaining I was pretty consistent with my routine, but I didn’t really increase my jelqing time. I did once and the next day I quickly noticed NI’s so I backed off. I’m starting to think that I should continue to jelq and slowly increase the time. I have a few days to think about it. I still thinking hanging SU will target what I believe is holding me back. Any thoughts?

I think increasing the time slowly and methodically is a good idea. Just stay on top of the time or number of jelqs (whatever you use to measure). I used to monitor my stretching to the second, and increased it by 10 seconds each week. I increased jelqing by 1 minute every two weeks I think. How much was the increase before you saw the NI’s?

I just wanted to post something from a guy here named MX:

“Despite hanging 40-60 sets a week, I was stuck with zero gains for over nine months. At the end, I was hanging up to 27.5 pounds. I basically quit and didn’t do any PE for almost a year. Now in the last four months, I’ve managed to gain 0.375” EL and 0.25” EG. It’s like being a newbie all over again.”

I personally have been stuck without gains for probably 10 months or so. My PI’s aren’t really that bad now but nowhere near the positive PI’s I had months ago. I can still get hard during sex and all that, but I just know something isn’t right. My penis isn’t even close to being in the right “State of Dick”. I should of done my decon 8 months ago instead of now but at least I’m doing it now.

I don’t think you need to stop PE for a full year like MX did, but 10-12 weeks would probably work well for you since you’ve been hanging pretty consistently.

Just trying to help a fellow PE’er out with a possible option :)

I increased from 20 to 25 minutes and thats when I noticed the NI’s. So if I do stick with the manual exercise for a while, then I will increase a little slower. I’m still not sure what I want to do though. I’m noticing that the more jelq SU the looser the top of my dick feels. I’m getting better stretches, similar to when I was hanging.

Thanks, believe me I do appreciate all the help. After not gaining for over 10 months I get a little discouraged, but I continue on. I did experience an injury and I took a six week break, might have been longer but I’m not sure and I’m just starting to get back to PE’ing. I’m going to give it a few months and if I don’t gain then I will go forward with a nice long 3 month decon break. Might have to throw in an occasional pump before a sexual escapade with a random chick, but for now I will continue to jelq. Again I do appreciate your input and advice. I will try to find the post by MX and do some reading.

On a lighter note. I got a nice box of cuban cigars today and looking forward to smoking one at the strip club tonight after a nice steak.

Just thought this was funny so I had to post it. I’m sitting here and I just got out the shower. I cleaned up and I’m sitting here fowfering, drinking my coffee and watching the news while I read here at Thunders. While sitting here in the nude, with no clothes around or a blanket, all of the sudden my front door opens and my housekeeper walks in. She is a mature, Hispanic woman. Have a friend coming over in a little while so I want to get my PE’ing in before he gets here. Doing my jelqing routine. I’ve noticed a hang like when I first started and thickness as before. Will do 20 minutes of jelqing after heating and stretching.

I was just wondering what routine you did after getting the initial newbie gains?(sorry I don’t have time to go through 48 pages) We started off with the same BPEL and I would love to get where you are right now. I’m getting frustrated with it all.

Also, I noticed from your first post that you do inverted v-stretches in the morning. Are they assisted or do you just use your wrist or fingers? I’ve been trying to do them and it’s been frustrating I don’t have a long enough flaccid to use my wrist.

If I recall correctly I started doing a lot of aided A and V stretches throughout the day. Then I started doing a two part routine. I’d do my stretching in the morning and more stretching in the afternoon, then jelqing. So yes I did use something to do my stretches.

I did my jelqing today. It was a little difficult because last night we went to the strip club and I got smashed, got home and called this girl to come over and fuck. I guess it was from being in the strip club all night and seeing naked women left and right that causes me to be extremely horny the day after so the girl and I just fucked several times today. Finally I had to leave, go to the gym and I did my routine when I came home. I’m noticing a heavier hang. Oh yeah, doing fowfers now.
