I was only able to do 3 hours today so I am at 171 hours. I will try to get my 4 hours in tomorrow. The 12 1/2 lbs are causing fatigue, but not till the 5 set.

Since my cousin has moved in I am only able to PE every now and then so I can’t be as consistent as I would like to be. So I will continue to hang as possible, but once he is gone then I can resume my daily hanging activities.

So today my cousin informed me that he needs to stay a little longer than he originally thought. It’s difficult to PE with him living with me because he is always around. So I have decided to switch to pumping for a little while as it doesn’t require as much time. It’s something I can do before I go to sleep. So I guess for the next few weeks I will be pumping.

Maybe someone is looking out for you and sent your cousin your way so you could decon. Maybe that’s what you need. ;)

So my cousin told me today that he will be out Saturday so I will resume my PE activities starting Saturday. Now I’m wondering if when I resume, should I do a few weeks of jelqing or just go back to hanging? I’m leaning more towards jelqing for a few weeks first (probably two weeks).

If you wanna play safe then its definnetly better to do some jelqing/stretching first for a few weeks. But I also think its OK to go right away into hanging slowly since the the compression of the hanger is a different kind of force from which your penis has to adapt from then that of jelqing/stretching.

My cousin left and I did some light jelqing today. I’m sure tomorrow I will do some hanging or more jelqing, not sure yet.

So I decided to do some jelqing for about two weeks, then I will resume my hanging activities. I will reset my days and the next time I hang, it will be day 1. So the time to measure will be a long time from now.

Ah, how nice it is to get back to it. Well I had my first good jelqing session in a LONG time. I felt like a newbie. I had to go back and re-read the suggested routine. I’d love to get some newbie gains also. We shall see.

It’s 7 a.m and I just got home. I felt I had to write about this. I went to the strip club, nothing unusual. A friend of mine introduced me to this girl who is SMOKING HOT. She is 23 and FUCKING HOT. So after doing some research I have determined that the best thing for me to do is upward stretches as I feel my limiting factor is the tissue/ligament/tunica/whatever it is that runs across the top of my dick. I feel it’s constantly tight when everything else is not.
