So I received a call today from that girl I met at the sushi restaurant the other day. She told me that she is starting to develop feelings for me and that she really likes me. Well after taking a three week break I am getting back to hanging. I am going to attempt to resume to my 4 hours a day routine, but I will reduce the weight and see what amount of weight it will take me in order to reach fatigue by the second set. I am going to start low, probably around 5 lbs and go from there. I hope this works.

Did you ever get numbness/loss of sensitivity while hanging? When you started out hanging? I seem to be getting this quite alot.

If I stayed strapped in too long or my wrapping wasn’t done properly then yes I would get some numbness while in the hanger so then I’d take it off. I’m not sure of the day I started hanging, it’s in this thread somewhere. This is the second time I decided to hang so if you happen to read this thread just be aware that there are two occasions of hanging.

Resuming my hanging. Today I am starting off with 7 1/2lbs. I will hang for 4 hours today. This is my 41st day of hanging and my 1st day back since my injury and taking a 24 day break. I completed 160 hours of hanging before I got injured. So I’m not sure if this is now a new beginning or if it’s a continuation. Therefore I am at 164 hours after today, or 4 hours. I’m not sure, anyone reading this who might have some suggestions I’d appreciate it.

Ok, so I am hanging right now and this is the first day back, but I am not feeling fatigue AT ALL. Now I did start with only 7 1/2 lbs but I was hoping that I would feel some type of fatigue. I guess tomorrow I will have to see how I feel, but possibly move up to 10 lbs.

Hanging again. Starting off with 10 lbs because the last time I didn’t feel any fatigue with 7 1/2 lbs. This is my 42nd day at 168 hours.

Up to 12 1/2 lbs. I am not feeling fatigue with the 10 lbs. Might be due to the direction of hanging. I am hanging SO.
