26th session: Today I started hanging a little different. I have decreased my break time to 1-2 minutes and have incorporated DLD blasters. So far I am feeling a a good pull on my ligs from the hanging combined with the DLD blasters.

On my last set of hanging I decided to try hanging while doing a aided A stretch. This is an AMAZING FUCKING stretch. I’m in the middle of it right now and I am getting the best stretch ever. I will definitely continue to do this when I hang. I also did the DLD blasters on every other set. I felt this was good, but the aided A stretch while hanging is giving me a MUCH better stretch. I had to reduce the weight to 10 lbs for the aided A stretch.

Taking this week and maybe next week off. I am a few days away from my competition and it’s getting hard to PE with the water intake and other factors. I am 2 lbs away from my competition weight and about to cut my water. I am going to win. Also with loosing the weight and getting ready for a show, my agent got me a photo shoot in Miami on the 23rd, so I have to hold my diet a few days more. I am not sure if I am going to take a break from PE during that week, but maybe. I’ll post more after my competition.

So I am getting back to my PE. I did my show and took third. This was a HUGE disappointment for me, but it’s a motivator for next time. So now with PE, I think I am going to revert back to jelqing.

I haven’t been able to PE since I’ve gotten off my diet due to the fact that almost every time after I eat I have to go to sleep. I remember last time I did this it took about 2 weeks for me to get right with my diet and sleeping pattern. I’m going to try to PE tomorrow, but I don’t know if I’ll be able to.

Hey well done on the show, know it wasn’t the result you wanted but all experience I guess. A break won’t hurt you man you been going at it intense!


Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.

I was able to PE tonight. I decided to jelq for 20 minutes after heating for 10 minutes with a rice sock. I am going to PE again tomorrow before I go out of town. I am flying to Miami tomorrow for a photo shoot Saturday. I do fitness modeling on the side and my agent got me a job there Saturday. The good thing is that I am still very cut up from dieting for my show and I’ve been holding my diet a little. With the fluid pills I’ve seen my cuts come back in a day. I think that I had more success with jelqing than I did with hanging although I didn’t hang for as long as I had wanted to. The dieting really interfered with my hanging. I think I will jelq again till I feel ready to hang.

I did my PE routine today. I am getting ready to head to Miami with my girlfriend. I wanted to get a good jelq session before I go.

I got back from Miami late last night and wasn’t able to PE. I did measure today and I haven’t gained. I am still at the 3/4” mark.I did perform my routine today, which is the newbie routine. I also decided to get back in the game with regards to my bodybuilding supplements. I have to work tomorrow so I doubt I will be able to PE, but I do plan on wearing my ADS while at work. I want to hit that 8” mark so I will be consistent with my routine as I was previously. I plan on performing the newbie routine for 4 months again before switching to hanging again, unless I decide to incorporate it.

I did my newbie routine again last night. I am at work today and I won’t be able to Jelq, but I can wear my ADS.

I’m a first responder for the city of New Orleans and I will be here the entire time. I can not and WILL not leave my city. I’m not being stubborn, I’m doing my job!! From what we are being told, this is the one that is going to wipe out everything. Pray for us, we will really need it. I have already picked up a dead body, which authorities believe was a suicide caused by a combination of stress brought on by Gustav and the post-traumatic stress from Katrina. I was fortunate enough to survive Katrina and not lose my house, but this time I don’t believe I’ll be so fortunate. I will keep everyone posted as much as possible. I will have my laptop with me and I have a source to charge it, plus I have a broadband card so I should be able to get a signal if the communications systems go down like last time. We believe the casualties will be minimal, but the destruction will be horrible. Oh I will try to do some PE during this time.

I was able to do fowfers today in the safe house while I watched tv. I still don’t have power at my house so I can’t PE more till I get in my house. I am anxious to get back into my routine and my house.

Ah to get back to my routine, what a great feeling. I was able to do my newbie routine today and plan on doing it again tomorrow. I plan on doing my routine again tomorrow. I feel very good and enjoy being able to get back in to my routine, but with the news of IKE approaching, I was asked to stay in town in order to respond to this hurricane if it does come to New Orleans. If that happens, something tells me that I am going to not be able to stay on my routine. We will see.
