I had a few lighter days last week and a day where I only hung one set. My BPFSL seemed more relaxed the next day. Did not take an accurate measurement, but it felt more loose and reached a good measurement without too much pull.

I have to find where I read it, but I read that your ligs get tight as a for of protection. They are becoming weaker and are trying to protect themselves. So I take this as the micro tears which are created during hanging are starting to take effect. Hopefully gains will be coming soon.

Another thing I do is to always make sure I ease very slowly into the stretch, such that I gradually release the weight. Not sure if it matters at all.

What are you using for wrapping? Thereband only? I’m struggling some with attachment/comfort at 6 kg (12-14 lbs?), but I seem to be making some progress with my wrapping technique for the last days.

I have considered adding a few sets straight down each day now. Any thoughts on that?

I ease into the stretch also. I’m using theraband. As for adding sets, I read its not advised to focus on one angle for more than 4 hours.

What I found to be coincidental was last night while I was hanging an additional 2 hours, I watched some movie called UNHUNG HERO. Its about a guy who goes around the world in search of making his dick bigger. He meets with someone who tells him that jelqing is really bad for him and can cause his ligaments to have a rubber band effect. Meaning that they will be able to stretch out, but then will retract causing his dick to be smaller than what he started with. Now we know from research and through trial and error that we can get past this point if only we stay dedicated.
