Erection level is determined by what your going for. I was going for length so my erection level was low.

I bumped up to 20 lbs today. I was feeling that I wasn’t getting the stretch that I needed with the 17lbs anymore.

I feel the increase in weight. I woke up and feel thicker and longer. Also I did have those feeling of the electricity running through my dick, which I have read are signs of gains to come.

I did decide to get in some more hang time while watching the Saints beat Dallas. I had to drop weight though. I wasn’t able to hang 20 lbs. I dropped to 10 lbs for the last 2 hours of hanging. Also I switched angles. I did some OTL and bundle SO.

I was only able to get an hour in today and in the last set I had to drop weight to 10lbs in order to ride the fatigue.

Not sure I understand, nor if I would want to do that. Sounds risky?

I think I will look into the RSDT. I have also considered adding some straight down sets as well.

I measured my BPFSL and was just under 8. Last time I measured I was over 8. I hope my ligs are just very tight.

That’s a pretty impressive PE log! It’s documentation like that which really helps pinpoint what seems to work and what doesn’t. What are your current stats now?

Not sure, only measured BPFSL and it seems to change.

I’m curious about this too. I notice the same thing in myself.

Could you be using too much weight?

I had a few lighter days last week and a day where I only hung one set. My BPFSL seemed more relaxed the next day. Did not take an accurate measurement, but it felt more loose and reached a good measurement without too much pull.
