I did decide to get in some more hang time while watching the Saints beat Dallas. I had to drop weight though. I wasn’t able to hang 20 lbs. I dropped to 10 lbs for the last 2 hours of hanging. Also I switched angles. I did some OTL and bundle SO.
Total time: 264h GROW DICK GROW!
Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.
I don’t know what causes my ligs to be so tight. I hope they loosen up and I get some length out of it.
I’m curious about this too. I notice the same thing in myself.
Could you be using too much weight?
I had a few lighter days last week and a day where I only hung one set. My BPFSL seemed more relaxed the next day. Did not take an accurate measurement, but it felt more loose and reached a good measurement without too much pull.
