Do you measure BPFSL often? Can you see if the day off makes your tissues more relaxed and give you a longer BPFSL?

How much increase have you had in BPFSL?

I am trying to only measure my BPFSL every 100 hours. My ligs are so sore that I doubt it will change from one day of rest.

My BPFSL has increased I think 1/4 an inch so far.

Okay. Well, I’m rooting for you, man. It’s inspirational for me as well to see your consistency. Currently 7 weeks in a row myself without fail, although at much lower volume than you.

Are you applying heat as well?

Are you using a Bib hanger?

Now that I’ve moved up to 12-13 lbs, I’m having some more comfort problems and difficulties concentrating while multitasking. I use Theraband for wrapping.

Yes I heat while before hanging. I also use heat for the first set.

I do appreciate your support. Lately I haven’t been able to hang for the 4 hours a day that I was able to do. I’m kinda busy with different shit going on right now. Eventually I’ll be able to get back to 4 hours a day, but its tough to do 4 right now.

ON another note, Had sex with the misses last night and she was saying how I didn’t feel as long but did feel thicker. I’m not working on girth, but I know its something that comes along with hanging. I think I just need to get back to hanging more. Eventually I’ll get there, consistency is key.

These 2 hours were done OTL. Last time I hung this way I was so sore for about a week that I couldn’t hang like that till now. So I guess if I’m getting enough soreness then something has to be working.

Just hang. I’d like to add in some jelqing, but honestly lately I have lacked the motivation to do any PE. I am making myself hang. I’m not sure I can make myself jelq also right now.
