I have been practicing PE for about 6 months now.
Initial stat: 4.0 EL 4.0 EG at base

When I first started out, I was doing the newbie routine for 2 months. Routine: Heat warmup 5 minutes, stretch 2-5 minutes, Jelq - started at 60 thought that was too much, decreased to 20, slowly increasing it back up to 60. I didn’t have any success so I started to incorporate pumping into my routine.

For the last 3 months, new routine:

Heat warmup 5 minutes, stretch 5 minutes, Pump for 1 minute, 20 jelq. Reapply heat, pump for 1 minute, 20 jelq. Repeat 3 times. My reasoning for pumping for a short time before jelqing is because I like the feeling of the pump and feel like it enhances my jelqing routine. I always feel great afterwards and my penis would get temporary size increase to 4.25 in at the base, but the size increase is not permanent. If I really kegel and measure it probably goes up to 4.1-4.2 inches.

I have theorized that my lack of progress maybe because of my porn addiction. I don’t get erections at all unless I’m watching porn and masturbating. Maybe lack of blood flow to my penis is hindering my progress. So I am trying to stop watching porn. But then I can’t get erections while I am jelqing. So I am planning on just doing stretches to hopefully gain some length while I’m recovering from my PIED.

My current routine:

4 minutes of stretching using bennett8’s technique 5-6 times throughout the day.
