I have to restart my PE routine recently I’ve been too busy with school and my multiple jobs. I’ve quite literally had no free time. But I’ve decided to get my priorities straight I’m attempting to find a better paying job so I can quite the two I have now and I’ve started to give up on video games and I’ve decided to cut back on going out to eat.

I’m happy to report though that my penis is starting to change in the best way possible. My episode of ED that I had experienced is gone I my erections are as hard and firm as they’ve ever been my strategy of only watching porn on weekends and abstaining from masturbation while jelqing and increasing cardio seems to have taken effect.

Seriously knowing my penis will perform every time gives me a serious boost and my girlfriend seems to enjoy it more so I’m very happy about this.

Warmup in shower
Stretch in every direction (if able)*

Uli 20 sec

Hold penis in uli and apply heat
Squat stretch till unable

*When I stretch I gain erections stupidly easy now so it becomes almost annoying to try but I do what I can

Update

I’ve decided I’m going for a mini goal in order to get some progress going in terms of my overall goal of 7 inches. My short term goal will be at least 6.7 inches sold none bone pressed. And if I gain girth along the way its a win win :D .

I am still gonna stick to my routine which revolves around jelqing and squat stretches and kegels.

I plan on measuring in on the 4the of November. If there is a detectable change in the volume of my penis I think ill treat myself to v for vendetta.

I keep forgetting to post my thoughts on PE and physical fitness

In a nutshell I’ve found working out in the form of lifting weights and cardio has a profound effect on erection quality as well as the effectiveness of PE in general.

There has already been studies done on how exercise protects your erection and penis health but I have wondered if exercise can’t do more.

I feel it should be obvious that a healthier set of organs and muscles and hormone levels achieved through a good diet lifestyle and exercise regime would have an effect on the effectiveness of PE.

So to address this I’ve decided to implement a new exercise regime using calisthenics and running as well as boxing to improve my health in the hopes that this will improve my gains as well as physical appearance and so I can rehabilitate my body.

Wish me luck this will be my new routine coupled with the steak and eggs diet.

Rotator cuff warm up
3x20 pull-ups
2x20 push-ups
2x10 DB bench
3x5 front squats
4x12 leg extensions
3x6 pull-ups w/45 lb. Plate
5x5 dips w/45 lb. Plate
4x12 leg curls
2 100 meter sprints
Run 1 mile
Stretch then go home

Boxing
Shoulder warm up
Rotator cuff work
Calf stretches
Jump rope 100 reps
100 jabs
50 crosses
100 hooks
4x8 shoulder press
3x20 sit-ups
3 min heavy bag

New update the routine I’m currently doing isn’t doing much for my erect size but I’ve already noticed my flaccid size is growing. I’ll measure tonight but I can tell it looks thicker and even longer when flaccid. I’m pretty happy about this :) its not what I was going for but hell I’ll take it.

On the other hand I’ve noticed my erections becoming weaker and I’ve lost my usual morning wood. I think I’m not getting enough sleep due to exams, work, and just being a teen in general. If not these reasons then for the fact that I haven’t been able to keep a consistent routine or its from my lack of stress release from masturbation like I used to be so used to.

I think I’m going to change my routine to something alot more flexible and realistic for now that involves just stretching and ulis. This will shorten the routine considerably but meh this is only temporary in the meantime I’ll try to get more sleep and stop stressing. I’ll post measurements for flaccid later and post measurements for erect on Halloween.
