Currently I am renovating my girlfriend’s basement into an apartment so we can move in there (yes I still live with my parents :( ) I haven’t been PEing much at all. Hopefully, once the apartment is done and I start my classes again I will have more time to PE

I haven’t bothered to measure, I feel like I just want to stick to a routine for a while before I do any measuring.

lol I suppose I do… but I bought a rowing shell (a racing rowing boat for 1 person) ($$$!) and my girlfriend is getting a boob job ($$!). My boat cost more sadly. We are just lucky we have killer jobs!

I’m alright, just haven’t had the time to PE consistently lately… other than some random pumping sessions.

Month 47:
47.01 – 15 minutes medium pressure clamping, 4 x 15min (intense pressure) clamping. 3 x 15 min clamping (pm)
47.02 – 5 min jelqing (warm-up) 3 x 15min clamping.
47.03 – 5 min jelqing (warm-up) 4 x15min clamping (am), 4 x 15min clamping (pm)
47.04 – 5 x 15 min clamping (am), 4 x 15min clamping (pm)
47.05 – 3 x 15 min clamping, 15 min pumping
47.06 – 4 x 15 min clamping
47.07 – 3 x 15 min clamping

47.08 – 47.30 -OFF

So at this point I have literally taken a full month off. :down:

In other news, in just over a month my girlfriend is getting a breast augmentation! She is super excited… and I am pretty stoked to haha.

I feel I have to ask you about clamping. How do you clamp really? I mean where does medium pressure clamping stops and intense pressure begins for you? You wrote it’s ok to feel really uncomfortable also at first when you thighten the clamp.

My second concern was about the position of the clamp. Does it point screw down when you clamp or do you thighten it in a triangular, penis-shape like way?

My diet is generally pretty clean. I used to take whey protein shakes, now I just eat clean foods and try and watch my fat intake. It helps that I row 3+ hours a day on the water (:

No sorry mesi, what I mean is that this thread topic is my personal PE report at thundersplace.

You should make your own thread topic in the Progress Reports/Personal Routines section of thundersplace.

1) To do that go to: www.thundersplace.org/forum

2) Click on “Progress Reports/Personal Routines”

3) Then in the top right corner of the screen you will see a button called “new thread”. Click it.

4) Make your own progress log for your PE.

This thread is supposed to be for my PE, not yours.
