Looking back it seems like I would PE hard a while, rest for a month, PE hard a while making sweet gains, then rest for a while. Maybe there is more to rest days than I originally thought. I still think a routine more based on how you feel that day would be best, with little rest. But what I say and what I end up doing seems to be different by looking back (: Maybe rest is important after all? Back in my newbie days for the first few months I was pretty strict on 5 days on 2 days off, and I did make pretty decent gains doing that. I am more in the boat that PE is a super long term thing, life gets in the way but that’s ok, as long as you get back into it later and keep going.

Today measured girth for the first time in a long time… 5.5” EG!!!! I can’t believe it!

I use a gravel cleaner (ie, fish tank cylinder) and a brake bleeder pump/gauge from walmart… works quite well :up:

46.28 – 20 min pumping, 10 min jelqing, 2 x 10 min clamping.
46.29 – 4 x 15min clamping (intense pressure)
46.30 – 3 x 15min clamping (intense pressure), 30 min pumping.

I have been clamping a lot recently… I have been thinking hard about going for “Aristocane style” clamping again to see if I can muster up some big girth gains and reach 6” EG! Ultimately I would LOVE to have 6.5” EG. Only time will tell… I will explain more about it later when I have time.

The thing that stuck out the most to me was that you basically doubled your flaccid. What do you attribute that to? Thats exactly the flaccid length I want.

Lol sweet I’m glad I’m in the that club! :) As far as the flaccid gains… I don’t know really what to attribute them to. Basically you could say I attribute my flaccid gains to almost 4 years of fairly dedicated PE. If I were to pick one exercise that I think helps with flaccid… it would be jelqing. Sorry I can’t really be more of a help!
