lol a few hours later and I couldn’t help but take some more pics… this time with a base girth measurement of 6”!!! Mind you its about 70% hard and a few hours after I PEd so I won’t call it official or anything.

I’m at 6.5” base girth 2 months into my PE career and will enjoy the same feeling of achievement when I reach the 7” mark.

A little motivation.
Today I have had far too much free time on my hands…

I am so excited about PE. I mean, who would have thought that growing your penis on your own was possible? But when you think about it, it makes sense. If you get a cut, your body regenerates tissues and heals. If you break a bone, you can set it back in the right spot and it will heal. If you lift weights and eat more, your body will grow bigger muscles. I mean think about it. People stretch their skin and it grows. People stretch their ear piercings and they grow wider.

Why is it so far fetched to believe that pulling and squeezing your dick will make it grow? It isn’t!

Think about it. A hard jelq pushes the capacity of your dick, inevitably it will expand and grow to accommodate. You hang weights or stretch your dick… over time it will inevitably get longer. PE isn’t rocket science. Sure stuff has to go on at a cellular level and what not, but the reality is, consistent PE over time will give you a bigger dick.

Seriously, don’t doubt it. If you doubt PE you probably wont grow. Either you will quit before you see gains, or your negative attitude and outlook on PE will make your body resist any growth. Its like the person who claims that no matter what, they always get sick in the winter. Well guess what? They will get sick every winter because they are expecting it and telling their body to get sick.

Guys, the human body is an amazing thing. PE is 100% real. As long as you stay committed, the gains will follow.

Think about it. Even if you only gain 1/50th of an inch per month (0.02”)… over the course of 5 years that’s 1.2”! Or lets say you can make a gain of 0.04” or 1/25 of an inch per month… in 5 years that’s 2.4”!

0.04” of gains in one month is not by any means considered a big gain, but it all adds up! The body is totally capable of much more gains per month than that. All you have to do is believe that it is.

Celebrate every little gain. Because lots of little gains add up to a really big gain.

Well, I just went back and watched Thunder’s Place Video Series video on wet jelqing. The video features the “Standard ok grip” and the “Overhand ok grip”. When I jelq, I only use the standard ok grip. I kegel, grip hard at the base trapping the blood in, then I proceed up the shaft at least 4 - 7 seconds. Once I reach the head, before I release pressure, I kegel again, and immediately grip hard with the other hand around the base. At this point, the hand that is squeezing around the glans lets go.

Hope that clarifies a few things, in case anyone is wondering.

Basically I do the above… perfectly. I focus on getting the most expansion possible on each and every stroke. I say to myself before I start “In this jelq session I will see the most expansion I have ever seen,” and in saying so, I try to make it happen. Really its just jelqing done right and fairly intensely.

Last 3 days:

43.19 – 10min jelqing, 30min pumping (continuous), 10min stretching.
43.20 – 10min jelqing, 10min stretching, 10min jelqing.
43.21 – 10min pumping, 10min jelqing, 10min pump, 5 x 10 dry jelqs. (am) - 90min pumping (continuous) (pm)

Flaccid is hanging HUGE with all that pumping. I am really trying to hit girth hard and I think its working.

I bet I can reach 6” girth by 2010 (if I stay committed). Lol for fun after the 90min pumping session, I did a dry jelq and measured my girth at the end of my stroke… 7”! Very much due to fluid build-up but still fun to feel and see… 90 min in one sitting is a bit much. I don’t think I will do it too often.

Now that I have thought about it… 90min of pumping was just stupid… a lot of fluid build up.

43.27 – 45 min pump

Kerrison I don’t think I will measure for a while. I just want to stay committed for a while and see where I end up. Yeah Ironaddict I have definitely been thinking about adding some clamping lately. We will see.

Month 44 (March) will be tough to stay committed since I have a 2 week trip to Georgia right smack in the middle of it. Oh well, I’m in this for the long haul.

I’ve read several threads of yours, all the way through. Inspiring. I’ve been doing PE for about 10 months now, I’ve gained about an inch in length, not sure about girth as I never measured it in the past.

Tonight I was reading a thread that I had read before that questioned the validity of “rest days”, or “off days”. You mentioned on that thread that you were not scheduling rest days at that point in your PE career. Do you have any more insight on the issue of rest days now, looking back from the point in your PE career?
