Enjoyed your post! I have been doing perfect jelqing for about four months. I have been experimenting with few for many years now (age 54) and I mainly did clamping. I did wear an extender for 6 months and gained about 1/2 inch in length, but much too demanding. So, I went to hanging for about six months, and gained about 3/4” in length, now a little over 8 1/4, bumping 8.5” BPEL.

When I started experimenting with PE several years ago, I only had 4 3/4 girth. My main focus for a few years was clamping and I gained about 3/4” in girth. Clamping took me to 5 1/2” in girth.

Since I started jelqing, I am getting incredible expansion that last several hours. I am now 5 3/4 girth before jelqing, and after 30 minutes of perfect jelqing, I expand up to 6 3/4”. I have only been doing perfect jelqing for about four months, and I am hoping that it will give me both length and girth. I can’t believe I seem to get better expansion with perfect jelqing than clamping, so I am hoping for good girth results. Though I definitely gained by clamping (used a hose clamp like on a radiator hose in a car).

Current: 8 1/4 BPEL; Girth 5 3/4”

Goal: 9” BPEL; Girth 7” (but I will be quite happy with 6 1/2).

After seeing my cock at 6 3/4, it doesn’t really look huge until it is at least 6.5. Expanded to 6.5, it is about 2 1/4 wide, which I feel you need to look huge. Anything less than 2 1/4 wide doesn’t quite get it in my opinion.

Anyway, you have encouraged me to hope for length and more girth by perfect jelqing. I would be content if I don’t get any more length, but I definitely am pushing for a minimum of 6.5 in girth. So, I need to cement at least 3/4 “ more in girth. It may not be realistic, but I am getting awesome expansion.

Started May 2010- 5.9 BPEL X 5.5 MSEG

January 18, 2011- 7.0 inches/17.7cm BPEL X 5.5 MSEG

Starting flaccid was around 4” NBPFL… now its anywhere from 7” - 7.75” depending on mood etc.

That is so awesome to hear man! I am so glad that perfect jelqing is working for you! I love how its not really a new way of jelqing… its just jelqing hard with an utmost focus on expansion.

Hmm so with my busy schedule, I am finding it harder to stay committed… maybe if I log my PE it will be easier to stay organized.

March 24: - 1.5 hours pumping (total with breaks)
March 25: - 1 hour pumping (total with breaks), 1 hour stretching (vacADS attached to desk, pulling straight out)
March 26: - 1 hour pumping (total with breaks) in the morning, 45 min in the evening.
March 27: - 1 hours pumping (total with breaks), 1 hour stretching (VacADS attached to desk, pulling straight out)

Nope, I just attach a bunge to a metal hook. :)

Length is increasing greatly in the pump… I really hope that translates into gains…

Umm I somewhat just did them as I saw fit. You need to be the judge of what your dick needs. Once I was done with the newbie type stuff I figured it was time to just experiment. I just pumped recreationally for many years, with no set routine. Only lately have I incorporated it more into my routine.

Most successfull, by far was using perfect jelqing (with clamping mixed in every once and a while).
