BD, I have read most of your threads and I have to say, very impressive! I can’t recall if you ever warmup. It usually isn’t listed in your daily routine summaries. Do you warmup?

Also, do you ever kegel throughout the day? I am pretty sure you do a short kegel prior to manual clamping at the base before you start a jelq stroke.

As for the warm-up, its true that I hardly ever warm up. I think I used to warm up a little bit when I first started but I no longer really “Warm up.” What I do though is when I jelq, for the first few minutes I jelq a little bit lighter than I would near the end of my session. I don’t do any sort of hot wraps or anything like that though.

Also, I don’t kegel throughout the day. When I jelq, like you said I do kegel before every jelq stroke. I find I get better expansion that way. I have tried here and there to do kegels throughout the day, it never has really stuck with me. I just don’t find time / don’t remember to do them.

Starting Feb. 2, 2010:

I have been doing around 10 minutes of Jelqing per day and some squeezes here and there… I had to come back. I haven’t lost any size or anything. PE is somewhat of an addiction / stress reliever for me, so I have started to casually do it again. I’m hoping to reach 8.6” BPEL x 6.125” that will bring my gains to a nice 2” in length (BPEL) and 1.75” in girth. :) I don’t care if it takes a year to do… like I said, now its more of a stress reliever than anything.

Now (Feb.2011): 8.6" BPEL x 6.0" EG...

Gains: 2.0" EL x 1.625" EG Way more than doubled my erect volume! PE for life. Anything is possible!

You can accomplish your objectives without the ADS, that seems pretty ridiculous to where that forever. I have the same results as you, only I started a half inch behind you. I have never used an ADS, just hang a couple times a week and I keep gaining.

I am not using the ADS

Thanks BD. I don’t warm up much any more either. I typically just perfect jelq and build the pressure up slowly like you described.

Have you ever taken AAKG for lifting or PE. I am on my second cycle of 6g a day and I get much fuller flaccid when I am taking this regularly. I also seem to gain, PE wise, quicker. I usually take the BSN Nitrix capsules.

Another weightlifting supplement I take and love is Jack3d. It is an awesome pre workout supplement. I think it is better than NO xplode. I have gained 20-30 lbs on my bench over the last 3 months on this stuff.

Hey BD, I have a question.
You said that besides doing “perfect jelqs” you would also do dry jelqs through the day, right? May I ask, when you were doing those dry jelqs you were not in an erect state, were you? I mean, it’s pretty hard to get hard every hour or two when I am out of home almost the entire day.. I usually do some stretching or dry jelqs when I need to urinate, hoping that it’ll help to maintain the flaccid a little bigger through the day.

Hey haroldo, yep, I used to get hard for them every few hours or so. I can get a boner in pretty much any situation… pretty much haha. But ya, if you don’t have time to get hard, then some stretches here and there would be a good idea as well. Hope that helps.

Well… I’m single now. Lets make this dick big enough to destroy people.

As far as progress, there has been nil since last measurement. Haven’t lost much if anything in length or girth. So now its time to go from pretty big, to amazingly big.

Around two months ago the ex-girlfriend (who was my girlfriend at the time) made me throw out all of my PE gear… I should have never listened because we broke up soon after.

I ordered a new VacADS almost immediately after the break up, and bought some cable clamps, so that’s all I have right now. I will replace my pump eventually as well I know it.

PE Approach as of Aug. 1, 2010:
- Just jelqing every so often.
- VacADS at night time only (when I don’t have someone in bed with me ;) )
- No measuring for a long time.

My 5 year PE anniversary is coming up! I think its August 8th! :) Happens to be the day of a pretty intense party so at least I will be celebrating.

Man, you are a huge inspiration, especially in the girth gaining department. I’ve always been a very hard girth gainer compared to length, as you can see in my signature. Got any good advice for someone who’s still doing the PE for life thing after over 7 years? :) .

Just keep trying! haha its all about experimenting and finding what works. Go back to stuff you have tried before and try again. When I first started clamping it didn’t do much for me, now on the otherhand, it works great.

So restarting back there didn’t exactly work… now I have my pump back, I am going to focus on stretching, pumping and jelqing. I’ll keep everyone posted on how it works out for me.
