Yup you are right, I havent done any PE exercises yesterday and already I feel my erections and sensitivity improving. Kind of a relieve☺. I definetly started to heavy, my mistake. I found a very good post on this site, wish I read it before. Warning! If you haven’t gotten improved erections:

Luckily I just started 10 days ago so I’m preatty sure I didnt do much damage. Still it scared me lots. I’m going to do only some light stretching and jelqs until my penis is properly prepared. Thanks for your help☺

No problem hit me up when ever you need some help.:) Take a few days off and then start again.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Hey man, keep up the good work, stay consistent, and watch your penis indicators like improved or decreased erection quality.

Instead of the wrap, I use Monkeybars Xsleeves. I like the diagram in the article though. I need to size the Xsleeves like that. I want a longer flaccid hang and now that I am back at PE 1 more inch on length!

So my erections are back to 90%, I also had some good erections during the night and a nice morning wood😀. I can’t tell you what a big reliefe that is! I noticed that my penis looked and felt bigger these last days, flaccid and errect. I took a spontaneous measurment and it was 5.7 inches , 14.5 cm erect! Thats some nice newbie gain! So the hardcore stuff I did definetly works for me, but my penis is no way ready and conditioned for that stuff. I will start in a few days with the linear newbie routine and work my way SLOWLY up. Great to have people around to help me!

I will look into the monkeybar xsleeves, looks very interesting, thx!

For every very advanced PEler only! I would definetly look into slow squash jelqs and weight hanging, those exercises are really awesome.

So today the swelling and edema caused by the overtraining is fully gone. I have good morning erections and erections during masturbation are back to normal.

I will restart PE today with a warmup and light jelqing and will work my way up through the beginner routine. My final goal are 18 cm length and 16 cm girth during erection. Also I want to improve my EQ.

Just take it easy, so what is you current size . I need another .1mm to reach 6” inches

My current size erect is 5.7 inches. My goal is 7 inches. Hope I can reach that till next year, as I see your goal is the same, cool. How long did it take you to grow 1 inch? What would you say was the best exercise? Congratulations to your gains. Id be damn happy with one inch more

For me it took a little over 3 months to get that .984” in length i just need 1mm to make that .984 into a full inch. I am a fast gainer i gain pretty quickly. In my opinion warmup/down and kegels/reverse kegels (do these while you are holding your stretch) are important you can check out my routine . My routine doesn’t take that much of time. I personally focus on one thing at a time right now i am focusing on length only so i am doing very minimal girth exercises i only do 50 jelq’s and 5 uli’s each about 10 sec, (I do 10 jelq’s then i do a uli) . Going after 2 things at a time is not my cup of tea.

15.2 cm = 5.984 inches.
15.24 cm = 6 inches.

Please don’t get excited and think that you could gain 1 inch in 3 months (I did a newbie routine ,i did that for 2 months i didn’t gain anything from that and i stopped PE for 6 months then started again). I thought it would take a year for me to gain an inch but i gained that in 3 months. please don’t do any of the inter-median advance exercises ok . stick with the basics for about 2to 4 weeks then slowly move up.

I read that to loosen the ligaments its best to start with SD and BTC stretches, should I concentrate on those first?

Yea of course , BTC, SD, SO will help increase your flaccid length too.

In my opinion dld blasters are the best at exhausting PC muscles and then when you use reverse kegel to relax your ligs and get a greater stretch.
