Paul H.'s Routine

10 minute warm up with heating pad or UV lamp.
Basic stretches in 5 directions for 1 minute each (but adding time regularly).
100 dry jelqs (but adding more regularly).
20 Jai stretches.
1 minute Firegoat roll & warmdown.

Also, 20 Jais first thing in the morning & 20 more at some point during the work day.
