If you’re reading this, Hi! :) I should have made this on the first of March like I said I would, because that is when I started to commit. Update’s here will be sporadic except for the first or thirty-first of every month, because those are measurement days for me.
Notes about me:
- Type 1 diabetic
- Age: 21 (22 in July)
- Virgin
- Likes long walks on the beach :P

Measurements (are approximates because I don’t trust my ability to measure things yet) :
- Bone Pressed Erect Length: 7 inches
- Mid - Shaft Erect Girth: 5.5 inches
- Days without Porn: 1
- Days without Masturbation: 2

Goals:
- Improve erection quality; if you’ve been around the forums, you’ll know why I have days without Porn and Masturbation listed as measurements :) I want to at least achieve my starting size without using porn.
- BPEL: No specific goal at the moment.
- MEG: Not too much bigger; based on what I’ve read so far, 5.5 inches is the tipping point in most cases.

Routine (3 days on x 2 off):
1. 5 or 6 minute hot wrap warm-up; 1 x 5 or 6 60 count; Kegel between 20 - 30 count and 40 - 50 count
2. 50 standard OK grip, pulling up jelqs (as in pulling my hand up when nearing the head)
3. 50 overhand OK grip, straight out jelqs
4. 50 alternating grip, push down jelqs (pushing my hand down when nearing the head)
If still at least semi-erect or near semi-erect go to 5, if not skip to 6 and end at 6.
5. 5 Uli’s #3
6. Same as 1 (Should be flaccid or near flaccid at this point)
7. Manual stretch up, straight out, and down 20 count, 2x each
8. Kegel throughout the day (Whenever blood glucose levels are stable)

I plan to change things around on a bi-weekly basis if I feel the need. I wish I could post pictures but my phone is not the best for that, when I can get good camera I will post; It’s definitely not ruler shy… If you see me around on the forums and want to ask me something, feel free to ask here (or PM if thee not bold). I could use some interesting posts here!

If you have none previous PE experiences … this might hit pretty hard your penis, very advanced approach you planned there.

Get conditioned first with the Linear Newbie Routine.

Start easy and slowly to avoid spending time resting later.

Hi Useless, I’m feeling good. Woke up earlier than usual today (7am), but didn’t feel as groggy as I usually would; something is working… I do have some (on and off) experience. I know it in my heart I got jelqing down, just not perfect every time. When I finish them I still have semi, or at least it looks like it. I could probably cut Uli’s, I’m just doing them for practice. So when I’m conditioned enough, I could go for it. I’ll check out the Linear Routine at the end of the month and switch to it when it looks like I haven’t made any progress. Thanks for the recommendation. :)

Just skimmed through the Linear Newbie Routine and Basics (version 2) threads. I’ll take your recommendation, Useless, starting next week (March 15). My penis is probably tough by now, but I don’t know it or realize it yet. So for the next 7 days, I’ll avoid any contact with it including kegels. I’ll just add +7 to Days without Porn and Masturbation. :)

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Thanks Bill10, though I had to use a lot of porn and some over the top erotic fiction to get there. That’s why the primary goal is to get there without as much of a crutch.

Thanks Omilanez. The hard part is taking it easy, heh, and planning stuff out/ committing to plans. I’ve stuck to my non-PE workout well enough so far, I’ll do my best to follow this one:
Next 7 days:
10 minutes Hot Wrap (not necessarily at one time)
10 minutes of edging; must feel the urge to cum at least once (But DON’T, it will go against Days without Masturbation)

March 15Th:
5 minute hot wrap
30 second manual stretch in all directions
15 jelqs
5 minute hot wrap
10 minutes of edging before sleep

Well, I try to edge myself for a few minutes without porn but only manage to get a barely there semi. Then I used porn but quickly turned away and try to use the images in my mind. Didn’t work, the semi faded quickly. So I kept going without porn for about an hour. Managed to get an urge to cum but not a ‘point of no return’. Came down from the urge and decided to call it quits for now, I’ll probably try again before sleep tonight. The porn detox is going to be difficult…

It has been 3 days without any PE; today I woke up with a pretty good semi. A short trip to the bathroom later, I managed to get an erection (looked longer than usual) so I try to get a short edge session on. Felt like I was doing good until I ‘came’ (more like ‘leak’) when the urge got too strong. I was still hard, so I decided to relieve myself (no porn needed :) ). Then, I checked my blood glucose level, and it was 189 (on a scale of 0 - 500, where 80 - 150 is where I’m supposed to be at for most of the day). So my erection was a tad out of optimal, but all in all a pretty nice wake up call. Now back to leaving it alone.

Woke up to a happy chubby, then easily got a full erection. Again, without porn, progress :) . Completed a short edge session without release this time. Seems like the closer to March 15 it gets, the better the fella fells. Told me it can’t wait to start some PE again, ha.

Maybe you could try reading short erotic stories, instead of watching porn to get and hold an erection. It works for me, gets your imagination working, gets your penis hard, and no visual stimulant.

You just need to find something that floats your boat.

It’s helped me to give up porn.

Thanks for the advice Skygod, that’s what I was doing yesterday actually. A little too much really, self-control is now another goal of mine, heh. Today I completed a PE session; I wanted to do it right when I woke up but my blood glucose levels were way out of normal (snacking too hard before bed, again, self-control :( ). So I waited until I was in the green (80 - 180; I was 168) then started:

5 minute hot wrap, 5 x 1 minute counting, kegel between 50 and 60
Manual Stretch Up and Down 30 seconds
30 second hot wrap
Manual Stretch Left, Right and Straight 30 seconds
1 minute hot wrap
20 jelqs, making sure I didn’t use the same hard grip as I used to do

It looked like I had a semi at the end but it wasn’t. Probably at the point between semi and flaccid. Then it started getting a little erect without influence from me (still is at random times) and it feels heavy when it does. When its more flaccid than semi, some of the smaller veins are still a little more noticeable. I wanted to hot wrap after the jelqs but silly me, I left the water on while I was jelqing and it ran out of hot water. So I’ll do that later.

Days without Masturbation: 0 (The goal is 4 - 5 days at a time :) )

Measurement day … And they are the same as they are now. But EQ is better (ease of erections, hardness, morning wood), which is what the goal for me is, so that’s a positive. I’ve been slacking the past week (on everything). I tend to go on lazy streaks often and I have to fight myself to break them. Its not like I’m lacking in the motivation either because I can feel PE working, it just happens.
So tomorrow, April 1, I start up again no more joking around, heh. :)

Days without Porn: Lost count, it must have never been a serious problem for me…
Days without Masturbation: 3; I know getting release makes me tired. The goal is now a week at minimum.
