Thanks for the kind words Jagger! Its nice to see another lazy boy :) . Did my routine after getting home from work. I was feeling more ‘excitable’ than usual today; had to wait a bit before stretching because I’d have a semi during warm-up. Then I had to wait a little longer between each manual stretch, I almost wanted to masturbate instead but kept going with the routine. I’m up to 30 jelqs now from 20, decided to increase by 5 after every sixth workout if I feel like it. By the time I finished I was actively fighting against getting a full erection; now, I’m still not sure why I was. Before I was done completely for the night, for fun, I tried 2 Horse 440’s and a Uli. I’m positive I did those correctly and then got completely erect. Wished I took a picture; it looked huge and wide, I could see veins on the base, the top vein was very prominent, the head was bulbous and it was long enough that the head meet up with my belly button with a bit of the tip going past it (where normally the tip would just hit the bottom of the button).
The sight created great motivation for me. Now I’d like to add Horse 440’s and Uli’s ,plus longer stretching, to the actual routine once I had 5-7 months under my belt.

Days without Masturbation: 0 (might just relieve myself once or twice a day, I don’t know.)

Yes , it would be wiser to wait a bit more before doing Horse squeezes, these are very intense and you don’t want to jump into the most intense exercises too quick in your career.

Thanks for the caution Walter, I learned my lesson on over enthusiasm last month. It does give me something to look forward to though. As for today, I’ve been in between raging semi and firm flaccid state all day. Relieved myself twice in a span of an hour, but got raging again a few hours later; had to fight it down while in class because it was noticeable in my sweatpants. I have no clue why its been like this today, at least EQ has been very good (semi looks like a hard-on). Hopefully I can get my routine in today and rest tomorrow, instead of the other way around.

Got a routine (PE and non-PE) in after a week of no activity, either due to being busy or laziness (mostly laziness). I think I gave myself a little shock because I decided to switch routine a bit. I replaced manual stretching with one minute (2 30 second holds) of V-stretches, 35 jelqs, and one minute of squeezes (6 10 second holds, short kegel between each one). I’ll increase the V-stretching once I get used to it. A thing that I do after finishing a workout and waiting for my towel to warm-up, so I can warm-down, is do a little extra jelqs or squeezes.
Hopefully I didn’t go overboard today, but when I was done it was in a firm flaccid/ somewhat semi-erect state. It hanged down (like… Heavy) unless it was a true semi. I decided to measure this state and it was about 6 ~ 6.2 inches non-bone pressed and could just barely get a relaxed OK grip around it thanks to the squeezes.
A good mourning to me if I say so myself :) .

Days without Porn/Masturbation: 0 ; Not going to lie, these where part of the reason for the laziness. Its out of my system hopefully; release no more than twice in a day is the goal now.

Measurement Day! Wanted to do it on the first, but my grandparents were visiting.
Length is now 7.1 (maybe 7.2 when really hard) inches while girth is still 5.5 inches. I should probably get a measuring tape soon. EQ still very good and flaccid quality has increased (so much so that I had to get new work pants, heh).
I’ve read that stretching can negatively affect EQ. I probably haven’t done enough to really affect me, but for this month I’m going to take out stretching and increase jelqs to 50 and increase by 5 every sixth session. Also want to add another squeeze hold every sixth session. Of course, I’ll force a rest day if I’m not feeling up to it.

So the routine now:
5 minute hot wrap (Add 20 seconds every sixth)
50 jelqs (Add 5 every sixth)
10 10-second squeeze holds (Add 1 every sixth)
3 minute hot wrap

I’ve also been non-PE working out, mostly cardio and core/ab work, so its helped the EQ and looks. Now that I’m away from school for the summer, I got plenty of time for working out. If I stay consistent, it should be a really good summer break for me. But for today, I’ll force a rest day. :)

Finally got a measurement done, and for the record, the last two weeks of May I switched to another routine:
5 minutes Hot Wrap
60 Jelqs
20 Squeeze-Jelqs (at the 10 mark, take a small break to ease off erection if needed)
3 minutes of Squeeze-holds
No warm-down.
So I just now measured (erect): 7.1 inches in BPEL and 5.75 in mid-shaft girth (used thin string for I didn’t have measuring tape still, take it with a grain of salt).
Erection quality is very strong; frequent random erections, easier to maintain erections, morning wood (if I sleep well) and stronger, heavier feeling erections in general.

I’ve been on a little break for the week. In the next week I’ll continue this routine but move to one on and one off days, for (now that I noticed) its an all girth routine.

Hey congrats on reaching your EQ goal Panther!

I’ve started out on a similar quest to yours to increase my EQ without the aid of porn. What do you think impacted your EQ the most? Maybe I can follow suit and see if it works for me. As for the stretching part, I think it’s affecting me quite a bit so did cutting the stretches feel like it had the desired effect?

Thank you Useless and CrusherBrooks! Though, its only been 2 months of work. Hopefully, I can start cementing what gains I did make.
And for your question CrusherBrooks, what helped the most is that I quit porn (or tried to) cold turkey, at least for weeks at a time. I’ll still watch now, but very rarely and never on a routine day. When it feels like I “need” or “have” to watch porn, I just do some jelqs and kegels instead, not so much that I tire myself though.

As for stretching, stretching can lower EQ and my goal is to increase it so I don’t worry about it. I’m lucky enough that my BPEL is already 7 inches, which is plenty in most cases. Not stretching also frees up some time for other exercises in the routine. I’ll say its been having the desired results. :)

A little update

So I did two “shock” routines this week. I was feeling myself, in a positive way. My overall health has gotten a lot better in the past week and some days; that’s thanks to me starting to get serious about eating habits and working out (non-PE). My blood glucose level (more on that in another time) has been in the sweet spot consistently so I’ve avoided the spikes that would leave me too high to try a routine when I want to.

What my first shock routine consisted of:
5 minute hot wrap
80 Jelqs
50 Squeeze Jelqs
2 (count ‘em, 2!) Uli #3
1 Horse 440 (With a 50% erection, holding for 15 seconds)
Then I would try to hold an erection for about 30 minutes, not necessarily trying to edge.

Shock routine 2:
85 Jelqs
65 Squeeze Jelqs
4 Uli #3
Hold an erection for 30 minutes and edge, but do not release, at the end

On the days of the routine, after finishing I’d get some post workout shrinkage, but at this point for me it is normal. On the off days that followed (still doing 1 on/ 1 off), all erections felt stronger than they have so far. By mid-morning, I feel like I can hit my normal routine; either my penis is tough or I’m not working hard enough (for now I say the latter).
Measurement Day next week, and I’m positive I’ve made some gains. :)
