P66ext's Routine

The basic newbie routine, done anywhere from 1/2 hour to 2 hours a day, about 3-5 days a week.
Regular jelqs, and a jelq where I hold a tourniquet grip at the base, and pump up the head with an OK grip.
Manual stretches are standard pulls, pulls to the side, and v-stretches.

I take 2-3 week breaks every 2 months.

LOTS of heat through out the routine, before and after. 1/3 of total time is heating time.
