P22hu's Routine

Focused on an entire length then girth routine, I have decided to use an extender and then Jelq. An extender routine from a member, Leonida, was my main choice in stretching (a few minutes were added to Leonida’s progressive exercises to accommodate my experience).
Jelqing sessions have yet to be added.
