One month progress

I need advice from someone who is doing this more than me, should I put something in my routine or something like that.

First my routine is
5 minutes warmup warm towel
5 minutes stretching (30 sec for up down left right)
10 minutes jelq
1 minute massage
5 minutes cool down or warm down with warm towel.

I started 15/8/2015 6.3 in length and 5.1 in girth
Now 10/9/2015 7.1 in length and 6.1 in girth.

Am I doing this right because I feel I can gain much more ?

@G263 Well I am just asking for an advice , is this routine good or bad ?

Also I recently read on internet that after 2-3 months I need to do jelquing more offen ,

Now I am at 2 days on 1 day off, also when I switch to 5 days on and 2 days off should I increase warmup ,jelq or stretching time ?

You are not boring but the gains you’ve already allegedly made are more than most guys in their entire pe career. As I stated previously, if you have actually made gains as you say, do not change a damn thing. I suggest you re measure.

The report seems a little dubious. I think most people would probably be questioning your measuring methods more than your routine.

Now if you posted before and after pics with a ruler you would probably be considered a true oddity.

I would agree with G if you are gaining well doing any type if PE stick with that until you are not gaining anymore than change things up if needed.

Yeah those are some extremely fast gains.
I’d go as far as to say that gaining any faster than that is impossible, upping the intensity and/or frequency of your workouts may be counter productive so stick with what you’re doing.


Start: ~7.5" BPEL, ~5.5" MSEG

Now: 8.5" BPEL, (8.7" BPFSL), 6" MSEG

Goal: 9.0" BPEL, 8.5" NBPEL, 6.5" MSEG

Well Thanks for so many answers ,but I would not lie for size!
For length I use ruler with light bone pressed 18cm ( I don t know if its correct name for it)
And for girth I use tailor s tape its 15.7cm now I just measured.

Sorry for “little bad ” English .

And my personal opinion is that this gains I got are not so high if you doing complete jelq with warm ups-downs plus stretches.

@G263 well I am looking forward to gain so much more! But I am sure that I am not the only one who had fast gains like this in one month so I am not amazed with this like you guys are. Peace.

Yes enjoy the newbie gains while you can, after that you will have to fight for every last cm.

I got 0.6” (in length only sadly!) in two months

BUT
What actually happened is that I have “found” my lost erection.

I was shorter by 0.6 cause my EQ was bad.

My guess is that something similar has happened to you.
By doing some exercises you went to your normal size.

I think it was probably a little of both. You would be amazed how much you can gain just from a better erection quality.

How old are you?

@G263 I am 23 years old.

@Ziggy99 “By doing some exercises you went to your normal size.” - That is also my opinion.
