One month progress
I need advice from someone who is doing this more than me, should I put something in my routine or something like that.
First my routine is
5 minutes warmup warm towel
5 minutes stretching (30 sec for up down left right)
10 minutes jelq
1 minute massage
5 minutes cool down or warm down with warm towel.
I started 15/8/2015 6.3 in length and 5.1 in girth
Now 10/9/2015 7.1 in length and 6.1 in girth.
Am I doing this right because I feel I can gain much more ?
