Yo guys what you think about adding some stretches after 10 minutes of jelquing and what are the best for adding some length ?

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Well it looks solid but only what I see is that I am gaining girth and not so much length. That’s why I want to put some stretches at least for 3 minutes.

@G263 You are right , only important thing is that you stick to your routine and to have patience.

What you think about stretching after jelquing ? Even If I want to do it its hard because my hands are slippery from some oil so I don t know how to solve this.. ://

Try using a piece of toilet paper, wrap it around your unit to continue pulling so your hands don’t slide off.

Hello Bojansrb: If you are gaining with a routine, there is no need to change it.

When you stop gaining, then change routines.

That being said, I see no harm in adding more stretches in as long as you don’t overdo it.
