One Last Inch

When I hit 100h I added another 1/4” rod and right now I’m using the spring rod + 2” + 1” rods. When I added this I was having problems on the first set of the day and even the other set were also have to stand.

Now after 50 more hours I’m still having a good stretch but much easier now. Hope I can add another bar at the 200h mark.

I’m also trying to use the vachanger at least once a day because I think the extender won’t be an option in the future due to the (hopefully) excessive length after I add 1” more in bars. So this way I’m conditioning the meatus skin for future change!

After a long plateau I’ve got some gains again.

Yesterday I measured the following:
BPEL 16,8cm or 6” 5/8
BPFSL 18,5cm or 7” 5/16
MEG 12,2cm or 4” 13/16

Compared to my measurements prior to this extender campaign thats a 1/4 gain in erect length, 1/2 flaccid gain and 1/16 in girth.

This makes me more motivated to continue in this little torture chamber lol

I’m still using the same rod length and plan on adding 1/4 sometime within the next 50 hours

I’m now mixing my routine with the sizegenetics + phallosan forte. During the day, I try to use the extender most of the time, but when my unit needs some rest, I then change to the phallosan. At night I’m hanging very lightly with a vac hanger with 5lbs for 1 hour. this is to condition my glans to a future routine, when I’m planning a hanging campaign, after my extender gains stall.

Still struggling with the stretch due to the addition of the 1/2 bar. The first set of the day is hard to attach but the following sets are fine.

Just read a really inspiring extender log in another forum that gave me the motivation I needed to keep it going at least for 1000 hours, maybe up to 2000 hours.

I don’t think over 2000 hours will bring anything new to the game, and most logs I read that people managed over that amount of time, gains ceased or descreased in a rate that was pointless to keep extending.

Starting to feel comfortable with current bars setup, but still having a good stretch.

At this rate I’ll probably add another bar in 2 or 3 months, or so I hope!

Still good morning woods and good fatigue by the end of the day.

Dvd, this is how it is done. Add bars, work through new tension, typically means more breaks. Then begin to acclimate/grow into it, repeat.

I also would agree that at some point there will be diminishing returns, I personally want to understand when that actually occurs. My fear is that at 1200 hours I might be there, but maybe not…..

Well done and keep getting the hours and pushing the tension.

I read a really good thread at MOS and the guy extended for 5000h and 95% of the gains came on the first 2000h. From those, 60% came in the first 1000h.

So I guess you have to keep at least till 2000 to analyze gains and maybe change the form of PE from that time on.

Still good tension, good morning wood, no apparent gain.

I try to always call it a day after a hanging session and lately I’ve been feeling a lot more fatigue during hanging.

The last 50h was full of mixed feelings and thoughts.

The first 20h I was having the same amount of stretch, fatigue and no apparent evolution.

Then came the hardest 10 hours where all of a sudden my penis was slipping all the time and I was getting upset and thinking about quitting extending.

Then out of nowhere it suddenly became so easy to extend, the stretch was much lighter, which means my penis finally adapted to this length and no more slipage.

Funny how things can change so fast.

At 465h decided to up length by 3/8”

Current setup is the spring rod + 2” + 1”3/8 + 1/2”

So far no issues with the new length of it stays comfortable I’ll increase a little bit more next week

Dvdck, you have some nice hours there and good forward progression on rod length increases. There are definitely some times when there is a bit of tightness and slippage. As you just experienced, it can be worked through and before you know it you have acclimated to the new setup. Sometimes I will tighten the noose a click and brute through it, other times I will take a couple days off and come back around to it.

We just have to feel our way through it.
