BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Got a really plump flaccid after this one.

I do the Horse 440s and they are Great!

To perform an O-Bend you form an OK sign with your thumb and index finger and hold the base of the penis, with a 20-30% erection.

You then bend the penis over the fingers in four directions, for 30 seconds each (I’m doing 25 right now); that means you bend it upwards over your thumb and hold it there for 30 seconds, then do it downwards, then left and right.

After that, you add your middle finger to the grip next to your index finger and repeat the above steps, and once more add the ring finger and repeat.

O-Bends sounds like what I used to call “Clock Stretches”, doing a stretch at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o’clock.
But with an added level of difficulty, at least for your “Big Unit”! Nice!

100 wet jelqs, 25 sec of O-Bends, 3 Sad’s Head Exercises, 3 minutes of manual clamping.

Best workout so far, the manual clamping was very intense and my flaccid is close to half an inch thicker than pre workout.

Day 18:
25 sec of stretches, 100 wet jelqs, 3 Sad’s Slinky, 3x1 min manual clamping.

Day 19:
Rest

Day 20:
100 wet jelqs, 25 sec O-bends, 3 Sad’s Head Exercises

Day 21:
100 dry jelqs, 25 sec of O-bends, 3 ULI, 3x1 min manual clamping.
