Omnia's Journal, Angion Method + The Oscillator
Hi everybody, this is Omnia from Italy.
I’m not new to PE world, I’ve tried in the past many forms of penis enlargement (mainly jelqs, stretches, squeezes) but due to inconsistency I’ve never gained much from that, just half centimeter in length and 2-3 mm in girth. My inconsistency, which I’m responsible of, was guided from a very strong fear of getting injured… just a couple months after I started PE I had a lymphatic vessel injury that left me very frightened (fortunately everything’s healed now).
In July I became familiar with the AM and The Oscillator, I reported an increase in EQ, so I decided to give it a try.
From the beginning of August I’ll start a training session that will last till the end of september in which I’ll scrupulously follow Janus’s guidelines. This session incorporates:
- Daily AM for 30 minutes
- Oscillator for 30 minutes, one day on two days off
- Vegan diet, salt free, with a 500 kcal calorie surplus, macros tracking (2500 kcal/die, 140 gr proteins/die, I’m 1,74 cm and 78 kg)
- 3-4 times a week cardiovascular training (15-20 minutes upper body HIIT followed by 20-25 minutes sprinting)
- I’ll take supplements for NO2 production and magnesium chloride
My starting measures are:
17,5 cm BPEL, taken from sitted
circa 13,3 cm EG (13,5 at the base and 13 below the glans)
