Warm wrap - 10 Min
Stretching - 3 sets of pulling in each direction and holding for 15 seconds than in circles with a power stretch with both hands
jelging - 20 Min - Usually wet jelg just started trying to dry jelg.
Massaging the testicles (for ejaculation volume increase) - 3 sets of 20 seconds
PC/BC clinch and hold - as many as I can do holding from a complete erection until erection subsides. Once erection has gone away massage to full erection and hold again.
warm wrap - 10 Min

300 Minimum PC/BC clinches throughout the day, usually in the mornings first thing

30 minutes of BTC stretch and hold atleast 3 sets. Usually I put myself into BTC stretch position right before bed and leave there for several hours.
