Oden's Routine

No warm-up.

In morning: 10 minutes stretch mainly BTC, 15 minutes wet jelqing, 5 minutes ULIs
In afternoon: 10 minutes ULIs
In evening: 10 minutes stretching.

In some periods I go down on stretching and up on jelqing. The most jelqing I done was 20 + 15 minutes.
