Nurbj Checking In

Started to get serious 2 months ago after years of unstructured PE resulting in half an inch of length gain and a quarter inch of girth gain. I would like to gain more girth as I’m happy with length. My length seems to be at the max that most women can comfortably handle, but my girth is rather average and very resistant to further increase.

Starting Stats (8/16): BPEL: 7.75 NBPEL: 7.0 EG: 4.75

BPEL 7.75 | NBPEL 7.0 | EG 4.75

My current routine is as follows. It started as the linear newbie routine with 50 jelqs per session. I am currently up to 180.

**2 Days on, 1 Day off**

***Warmup***
Warm shower.
5 Minutes heating pad wrap.

***Exercise***
Stand in front of infrared heating lamp.
1 Minute manual stretching, slowly rotating 360 degrees.
90 Dry Jelqs —- 5 seconds each. 60 to 80% erect. Kegel at end of each. Alternate between several reps overhand and several reps underhand.
90 Wet Jelqs in same way.

***Warmdown***
5 Minutes cock ring (started after 1 month)
5 Minutes heating pad wrap

RESULTS TO DATE:

PIs (Physiological Indicators) are positive with current routine.
EQ is better. Penis feels “meatier” while both flacid and erect and flacid hang looks thicker even on days off.
EG has not changed, despite the slightly thicker appearance.
EL is inconclusive because I did not measure EL at start, but appears to have increased slightly.

Changes to lifestyle in last week:

*Cardio Exercise 3 to 5 times a week at 80% max heart rate for 30+ minutes at a time.
*3000 to 4000 mg of l-arginine a day.

The l-arginine is great for working out! I feel able to push harder especially if I’m doing strength training. I also have begun having more frequent daytime erections.

BPEL 7.75 | NBPEL 7.0 | EG 4.75

This evening’s routine:

Was at 90% erection for exercises (maybe sustained engorgement at this level was due to l-arginine?)

***Did 90 dry jelqs, 90 wet jelqs.

***ADDED 2 minutes of Sadsak Slinky (one min for up bends, one min for down). Didn’t do them with very good form but was careful to avoid overdoing it.

Welcome aboard!

Be sure to cycle the L-Arginine because it loses its potency over time. Your body adapts to it.

Our lengths are almost identical. My NBPEL varies from 7-7.25” depending on my bodyfat levels.

Size anxiety is the mere response to viewing other males as a threat and the corresponding jealousy it causes. Realize that your feelings are a response to a perceived threat and the anxiety will disappear. My log: Big Booty Extravaganza (and Log)

Thanks, that’s what I have been hearing. My L-Arginine supplementation is an informal experiment that I would not even mention if I were not keeping a log. So far, supplementation correlates to an increase in erection frequency.

Even the more formal literature I examined corroborates my initial self-reported findings. A meta analysis by the University of Michigan reports that “L-arginine supplementation has been shown to increase blood flow in healthy individuals at rest” [1]. Even the US National Institute of Health reports its “possible effectiveness” for increasing sexual function in men [2].

Nowhere did I find any reference to adaptation to L-Arginine. Does that mean that the body of self-reported evidence on ThundersPlace suggests L-Arginine’s effectiveness in increasing sexual function diminishes with time?

Ah! You’ve recognized my avatar. I really like that picture. I prefer Tool and APC over Puscifer but the pic is cool.

Ok to the supplementation:

I posted this on another page so here’s a copy:

My personal experience is that the frequency of erections goes down over time when taking L-Arginine. When the frequency declines, I stop taking it. I’m attempting a 1 month on 2 weeks off cycle to see how it works.

I will say, the morning erections on L-Arginine are spectacular, seam busting, painful erections. I’ve measured 6.25” MSEG when on it.

If you take a supplement that that contains 5g of arginine and 1g citrulline and a bunch of other antioxidants in it I find that you don’t need to cycle those. For some reason your body never get used to it and it just keep working. L Argi9 plus is an example but I have used that and other products with similar ingredients and they all worked. When I took the cheaper route and bought pure citrulline and arginine and took 5g arginine and 2g citrulline that would only work for about 2 to 3 weeks before it stopped. I dont know why or how the other products with the other ingredients work so good without losing its effect over time but they do. The one I take now is called “cardio” and its only 30 dollars online. Just make sure which ever one you pick has 5g arginine and 1g citrulline because some of them have those ingredients in a propriety blend and it may not be exactly that.

But I will say this again buying pure arginine and or citrulline is definitely not the same as taking the products with those ingredients with added antioxidants. It has been about 2 years now thay I have been taking these products and they havent lost their potency over time.

I’ve done some research at the guidance of BigBootyFan and have made my own decisions about cycling. Though there is no conclusive evidence of a tolerance to L-Arginine, it was suggested as a possible outcome of a long term clinical study. While reflecting on the possibility of tolerance, I decided that it is a good idea to cycle regardless of what clinical evidence might suggest.

When we take supplements we are experimenting with our own body chemistries. In this context, it seems good practice to take breaks occasionally and see what changes. It can be hard in the face of the necessary self-obsession (and possible desperation) amongst the PE community to want to do anything which might inhibit gains even slightly. In short, I will cycle L-Arginine primarily to avoid emotional bias in my self-experimentation.

Last Night’s Routine:

*Hot shower followed by 5 min heating pad*
*2 min manual stretches*
*100 dry jelqs, 100 wet jelqs. Up to 17 minutes jelqing*
*2 min. Sadsak slinky (1 min for each direction)*
*3 X 15 sec ULI #3*
*5 min heating pad*

Changes:
—In many of my overhand grip dry jelqs, I added a little twist (like throttling a motorcycle). This seemed to add a little intensity.
—The ULIs and the slinkies are new. Starting with only a few because ULIs have given me red dots in the past and slinkies come with a big warning.
—Been doing gentle jelq squeezes on half my wet jelqs (was doing some jelq squeezes all along, just now realized its an formal exercise).

That’s really all that we can do. I noticed a reduction in the EQ after some time. I’ll get back on next week and see if it works. I will follow you as well to see what works the best for us.

Happy jelqing!

Size anxiety is the mere response to viewing other males as a threat and the corresponding jealousy it causes. Realize that your feelings are a response to a perceived threat and the anxiety will disappear. My log: Big Booty Extravaganza (and Log)

Took 6 days off. Was doing PE for about 2.5 months. Since also I had a ton of work to do and I hooked up with a lady friend, this break seemed justified.

Toward the end of the break, penis looked less full than at the start of the break. This is accounted for by the diminishment of temporary gains following exercise. However, it felt “meatier” and looked slightly larger than months ago, indicating maybe not a measurable gain, but a qualitative one.

Also took this time off from L-Arginine. Took it again yesterday and kept popping erections all day.

BPEL 7.75 | NBPEL 7.0 | EG 4.75

Yesterday’s routine:

*Hot shower followed by 5 min heating pad*
*2 min manual stretches*
*100 dry jelqs, 100 wet jelqs with jelq squeezes thrown in. Up to 17 minutes jelqing*
*2 min. Sadsak slinky (1 min for each direction)*
*6 X 15 sec ULI #3 with 5 seconds rest in between each*
*5 min cock ring*

ULIs gave me a few red dots. I’ll shorten the length of time I perform them from 15 to 10 seconds. Otherwise, they create an immediate increase in size that I do not experience with jelqs.

Today I will cut down on the number of jelqs. I don’t see much benefit to doing 200 as opposed to 100. This I will counter with an increase in ULIs.

I have not experienced any girth gain since starting 3 months ago. Since then, I worked my way up to 200 jelqs from the linear newbie routine. Soon I’m cutting down that number to do some different and more intense exercises now that I’ve got some PE experience.
