My routine from 10/11 may have been too intense following 6 days off. The next day, I noticed a slightly diminished flacid hang.

Thinking the diminishment in flacid hang might have also been a loss of temporary gains, I did the following routine on 10/12:

*Warm Shower*
*5 Min Heating Pad*
*70 dry jelqs, 70 wet jelqs*
*5 min warmdown*

I changed the jelqs from 5 seconds each to 4 and found them to be comparably effective. It also appears there was little extra benefit from going all the way to 200. Today’s session will reflect what I have learned.

Less is as effective if not more so than more.

Use the least amount of force required to get gains whenever possible.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Changed things up the last 2 days.

*Shower*
*5 Min heat pad*
*80 dry jelqs (80 to 90 % Erection)* Began feeling jelqs were less effective than months ago so upped my erection level.
*70 wet jelqs (80 to 90 % Erection)*
*4 min sadsak slinkies at 80 to 90 % (1 min each direction)*
*1 min Uli #3. *Probably going to stop doing these. They leave red spots
*3 min elastic cock ring*
*3 min heat pad*

Been on a two days on, two days off schedule due to being busy with work and spending time with a lady friend.

New workout technique of doing jelqs at 90% erection is showing very positive physiological indicators of increased flacid hang and thicker erections. Time and again, thoughtfulgold has urged us to only increase intensity when gains taper off and my experience now corroborates this.

Current workout:
-Hot Shower
-5 min heating pad
-Misc. Stretches
-80 dry jelqs, 4 sec each at 90% in front of IR heat lamp
-80 wet jelqs, 4 sec each at 90% in front of IR heat lamp, half incorporating jelq squeeze
-4 min Sadsak slinkies at 90% (1 min for each direction)
-Elastic cock ring for 3 to 5 minutes while I brush and floss
-Heat pad for 2 to 3 min

Ditched the heating pad. Taking a hot shower before PE seems sufficient and lets me begin my routine with “wet heat.”

As an update on jelquing with a higher erection level, PIs are better than ever. I have a thicker, fuller hang and wake up with almost uncomfortably hard erections. After months of newbie conditioning, this is a new and exciting step for me :D

All this sounds quite good progress. Wish I had your heating pad. My hot water bottle cordless type actually burned me this week…so I’ve been looking at heat differently.
