My routine from 10/11 may have been too intense following 6 days off. The next day, I noticed a slightly diminished flacid hang.
Thinking the diminishment in flacid hang might have also been a loss of temporary gains, I did the following routine on 10/12:
*5 Min Heating Pad*
*70 dry jelqs, 70 wet jelqs*
*5 min warmdown*
I changed the jelqs from 5 seconds each to 4 and found them to be comparably effective. It also appears there was little extra benefit from going all the way to 200. Today’s session will reflect what I have learned.
