Number7's Routine

I have recently starting P.Eing again and am currently followig the newbie routine, but have introduced BTC stretches after the 10 minute manual stretches.

Imported from old PE database


Current: BPEL = 6.5", NBPEL = 6", EG = 5.15" Short-Term Goal: BPEL = 7", NBPEL = 6.5", EG = Anything I can get!

Long-Term Goal: BPEL = 8", NBPEL = 7.5", EG = 6" (I wish!)
