No erect gains

No erect gains

So this my problem I have started PE in 2009 but after 3 month of training I over did it probably with jelq’s. I returned to PE in 2012 doing very sof jelq’s and some stretch. My routine is now:

-Warm up 10 min

-2 min stretch each direction, I use V stretch and inverted V stretch

-200 Jelq

-Day on/day off

The problem is that I have only gained 0.5 inches in soft length, no erect gains.

Maybe my routine is too weak because I fear to hurt myself again. What do you guys suggest about it?

I think you should do 3 on/1 off for stretching, 1 on/ 1 off for jelqs. Increase the number of jelqs or switch to dry jelqs. You are extremely thick (which is a good thing) so maybe this is the reason you are having issues gaining length (other vets don’t agree that thick penises are harder to gain length though).

I think you should learn the proper way to stretch and do longer sets. Give a read to this thread if you haven’t already

You could also consider switching to hanging or an extender.
