I found this forum not a while ago ,

And here is my story ,

I all ways consider my self at the “Avrage league ”

With a BPEL measurement of 6.3 in and and EG of 5.125

The story begin a few years ago , I got into relationship with a girl and after all most a year I got cheated on (didn’t hurt my that bad) .

After that relationship I got in an other relationship of 3 years

We lived together and shared everything ,

For the first year She told me that I’m the best sex that she had in her life (that was a confidence boost for me ).

I loved her so much but I was cheated on again (we lived together so I had to have contact with her) one night we had wild sex (Wich from her words she enjoyed) and then she said something that hurt my very bad ,

We were lying in bed and she started to talk about the other guy

And those are her words ” you know ? When I first had sex with that dude , I was in a lot of pain , he is much bigger then you , probably 1.5 inch bigger and thicker ” it ruined me and now after we broke up for good I’m trying to boost my confidence and I came across this forum and I really want to see some gains and be consistent , my ultimate goal is 8 BPEL and 6 EG (is it even possible?)

By the way

Is smoking and alcohol affecting this ?

Is jerking of effects the results ?

What routine would you recommend me to do to start seeing results ?

Sorry to hear about your bad luck. I would say start with the Newbie Routine. Look it up via the search feature. Go slow and back off if you find that your erection quality drops. Also, look up Physiological Indicators and use them as a guideline as well.

As for the smoking and drinking I would say that cutting them back (especially the smoking) would be good for you in general regardless of PE. Dropping weight, exercise and a healthy diet will affect your testosterone levels, which is obviously a good thing.

He is right! That original post will guide you throughout your PE career.

Don’t dwell on the girl, she isn’t worth it. What she said was thoughtless and cruel and indicates she has a poor character.

I will tell you a number of us more mature guys who have had sexual experience feel the “ideal penis” big cock size is in the range of 7.5” x 5.5”.

Will also say that 7” length is the beginning of big cock territory. I can’t say how much you will gain because everybody is different. But you have good starting stats.

Remember this is a marathon, not a sprint.

Thank you for the answers guys , btw I started with the routine few days ago ( it’s the fifth day I think) , maybe it’s psychological or what ever but I see a slight change in the size (I don’t want to measure to often) , and after the routine I feel like my friend is pulled downwards for certain period of time (somewhere around an hour and a half) is that even normal ?
