Newbie to Jelq, Worried about Rapid Gains

Hi I started Jelqing 6 days though and I’ve been having very fast gains, my routine is simple. I don’t warm up, I dry jelq for 10 mins with 70% erection for 2 days and on the third day I don’t jelq. Then I simply repeat.

I’m not sure how important warming up is, is it important?

I am also overweight and when measuring length I am not sure if I should press into the pubic bone like some websites state or simply measure the length with the tape light against the base.

Length pushing into bone - 6.1 inches

Length not pushing - 5.5 inches

Now my girth I have had very quick results with and am now at 6.1 inches which puts me at 99% on is this a legit site btw?

I should have measured pre jelqing but it slipped my mind.

Hm pretty quick gains for 6 days, doesn’t really fit the theory of cumulative micro tears and healing, maybe you are just seeing better EQ? (Or not, who knows.)

Grendolyn, you should measure pressing to the bone, so fat variations don’t alter the measurements. Dry jelqs are great, but the increase you are seeing will likely require some weeks to become permanent. If you want length also you should add some stretches.

Yes, take very precise measurements immediately. Bone-pressed length. Non-bone-pressed length. Also do girth at various points. I only did BPEL and MSEG when I started and regret that. Also, try to take some pics if you can juggle camera, ruler and erect penis which is always tricky.

As for early gains, that is probably EQ improvements.

Is there any danger of losing weight and jelqing at the same time?

Also a med called risperidone (I have social anxiety/neurotic) made my d limp, if you know someone who takes this tell them to give it up asap this is a absolutely soul destroying med to be on.

I was getting tunnel vision from being overweight which affected my perception of the size of my dick, all makes sense now. Lost 2.4 stone in like 3 months.
