Newbie routine complete. results-what now?
I have done the newbie routine for almost 2 months, and I will continue until september starts. The only result I have is my night erections, which have returned which is nice. My flaccid hang is a little better. I guess thats good indication. But for my new routine I was thinking about:
Warm up with heat
Set 1: hanging 10 mins
Set 2: water pump 10-20 minutes
Then keeping on a ADC for about 4 hours till I go to sleep and leave it on low tension over night. I would really like to try clamping or Ulis, can someone experienced tell me if this routine would be good or how I could also incorporate clamping and ULIS? And whether my suggester routine is a good idea? Also how much weight should I hang with.
