Newbie routine complete. results-what now?

I have done the newbie routine for almost 2 months, and I will continue until september starts. The only result I have is my night erections, which have returned which is nice. My flaccid hang is a little better. I guess thats good indication. But for my new routine I was thinking about:

Warm up with heat

Set 1: hanging 10 mins

Set 2: water pump 10-20 minutes

Then keeping on a ADC for about 4 hours till I go to sleep and leave it on low tension over night. I would really like to try clamping or Ulis, can someone experienced tell me if this routine would be good or how I could also incorporate clamping and ULIS? And whether my suggester routine is a good idea? Also how much weight should I hang with.

I wouldn’t recommend clamping or hanging this soon. Your night erections returning is good. But just stick to the newbie routine and scale it up as needed. Devices and heavy intensity stuff can actually retard what results you’ve seen. It is easy to overtrain once you’ve seen some positive indicators. Just stay with what you’re doing, maybe add time or reps but I don’t recommend clamping or hanging at all right now.

A lot of good routines don’t need changes if you’ve seen results. In your case, 2 months in, adding time or reps is the only option I would recommend but you could be fine as is for another 2 months.

Rushing into new gear and devices early on in the PE career is how guys can open themselves up to injury risks. My .02

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thanks for your message I will definitely continue the routine basics but I want to substitute stretching a bit with hanging, I feel that stretching is not effective for me. Do you think it’s a good idea. I could ease into it very slow starting with low weights.

Personally, because light weights don’t feel like much at all, you will not feel much and may increase weight too quickly. It’s one of the reasons I recommend against hanging. Same thing I did, more than once in trying to integrate it into my routine.

I would recommend against it at this time. Two months of conditioning won’t protect you from what common issues hanging may bring. I would continue the basic routine and read more on gear and exercises. If you’re still set on hanging 2 months from now, knock yourself out.

My vote is to stay on manuals for 3 to 4 months more, before start messing with devices.

You guys are probably right, I guess I’m being impatient. I think I will continue till October starts and that will make it 4 months. But I have been PEing since december. So I believe I am very conditioned. But I will wait.

All solid advice. Ramp up slowly and monitor your morning erections. Any decline in that department back off a bit.
