Newbie Progress report

Hey, I’m back now. I’ve been taking a break since the last post solely due to a bad PI I got while stretching. It’s like I said before, it’s a weird / somewhat painful feeling in my urethra when I ejaculate or urinate(sometimes). It’s gone away since I’ve stopped P.Eing.
I’m not sure if I have an issue with my urethra as I had hypospadias( urethral opening is on the underside of penis not the head) as a baby or maybe it was due to high amount of masturbation. Not sure if the surgery back then has made me more susceptible to stretching injuries or if it’s just me stretching wrongly( as my grip is very close to the top of the shaft/ near the head).

I am really motivated to get my NBPEL to my BPEL of ~6 inches after reading heskies321 growth over the last month, but I don’t want to cause irreversible damage on my (perhaps) already weakened urethra.

Hey back again, this is going to be a quick post. I’ve been getting back into stretching recently and have been utilizing the v- grip technique:

Routine is only 6 mins of downward stretch. Going slow to see if PI are good.

Hey another quick report today:

I’ve been doing the same thing as before but in a bit longer length for each stretch. I’ve been holding the downward v-stretch for about a minute each, with around 7-10 sets today.

Hey guys I’m back again. Apparently there was a discrepancy with my previous ailment. My parents always get confused with what each child has had because we are quadruplets, so they usually mix around things that never really happened to a specific child. Therefor my issue with the weird pain must be because I was pulling on some sensitive nerve bundles and not warming up before stretching, not hypospadias.

I know what I’m about to say is bad, but I am thinking about hanging soon (maybe in a month or so), many committed hangers have reported great gains in shorter periods of time. I know that my penis is not conditioned that well, but I will stay on the lowest intensity (2.5 pounds) for about a month if I decide to actually do so. I already have a Bib starter hanger, so I might as fact put it to use.

Did about 15+ minutes of stretching today (trying to do each rep as a minute stretch each with 15-30 second breaks)

I’ll have to see my P.I’s tonight/tom to see If I over did it.

Hey guys I’m back here again. I’ve been solely focusing on stretching recently and I feel that I have gained some skill in stretching correctly. I can really feel the ligs when I pull downward. Hopefully I will start hanging soon as I have a lot of free time on my hand right now that it is summer.

So far my regiment has been solely 10-15 minutes of downward or forward stretching, with a minute per rep.

Hey back again, although I haven’t measured yet as I want to wait a month or two, I believe my flaccid hang has gotten a lot bigger. Before I was essentially a grower with a very small flaccid size, now it seems bigger/ more full.

Today I plan to hit 15 minutes exactly of stretching, I’ll be using a timer to make sure as my recent timing has been solely off of watching YouTube videos. My goal is to hit 20-30 minutes of stretching this month before I even think about hanging( which requires at least 10-20 per rep)

I took 2 break days consecutively and I’m back to stretching today. After a bit of warming up, I stretched for about 15 minutes.
Nothing else to report really. I might switch over to a weekly report while recording my daily time spent stretching.

Well I’m back at it again after a ~ 6 month break. The main reason why I stopped was due to pain/tightness within my Urethra. Ever since restarting, I think I’ve narrowed down the issue to bad form/ too much pressure on the top part of the glans when performing an OK grip. Going to come back in one-two days and see whether a different or lighter grip will assist with this problem.

Hi, back again after that two day break. No odd sensations anymore within/near the urethra. One thing I find confusing is how my flaccid stretch is never truly flaccid nor can it reach the size of my BPEL. The only time I can remember why I truly hit that point was when I was physically ill and tried to do so. I’ve been looking around on the form and have come to believe that I either have a thrombosed vein or the “steel cord”/dorsal thickening on the right size of my penis. I’ve always thought this chord was a regular vein that’s just popping as it starts at the superficial dorsal vein and is connected to the same network of vein-age off to the side. The only difference is that this vein is always visible, so I’m unsure whether this means that I have a thrombosed vein or if this is the steel chord everyone is talking about at Knowing whether you are limited by Dorsal Thickening/Septum (p. 7).

Part2. Definitely overworked myself with stretching today. I got a little too hyped to use baby powder and toilet paper for securing my grip that I over trained the unit. Should probably take a day or two break as there is some soreness(within) and immediate turtling.

Hey guys just an update from yesterday. I was completely right about over working, flaccid has been smaller and I’ve had some pain on the nerve bundles near the glans. The combination of toilet paper and baby powder caused huge slippage in my grip, causing the grip to go more towards the glans. I’m prob going to take a week or two off now, until this pain, which has only occurred while showering,disappears. I’m starting to think my young age(22) and previous porn addiction is really screwing my ability to stretch.

This is the wrong area to post, but I definitely have some sort of nerve damage within my urethra. I had to use a catheter today for a different reason and now I have intense pain when trying to urinate. Hospital completed a cat scan to check up on me and found no issues regarding my physiology. Will be going to the urologist for both this damage and with my other issue.
