Newbie Gains After One Month Jp 90 Program

This is my first started thread so good luck for everyone. I have started on 9/11 exercises and after one month overall results are:
BPEL from 6.22” to 6.638”
Mseg 5”(without change)
BPEL Results from week to week
First week :+0.2”
Second week:0.125”
Third week:0.1
Fourth week:0
Do I need to exercise more or with new exercises because of decreased results. Also I need to say that I wasn’t exercised regulary on third and fourth week due to small injury.

I am doing JP 90 routhine with little modification on jelqing. I hate to count jelqs so I jelq without pause 8-16 minutes. Two seconds for every jelq so 240 to 480 jelqs.480 jelqs caused injury, a red bump that went away in 4 days. Also I had black spots on my glans but they disappeared in 5-10 minutes.

Why not stick with the 90 day routine before thinking about starting something new. You must condition yourself or injuries will occur, which in your case it already has!

Ok,thanks for advice. I hope that I will gain 0.4-5 inches in lenght without using advanced exercises like hanging or something similar.

There’s a fairly large probability that you’re not seeing results because you’ve been increasing your regimen. I’d recommend stepping back to your week 2 regimen and keeping at that for a month or two. Usually you don’t see results before a month of doing the same routine, so you may be a bit impatient ;) . A key concept is not overdoing it! 480 jelqs is ridiculously many, most of us top out around 150, personally I’ve been at 100 for the past 3 months or so. Also don’t forget your constant heat and stretches, and take your rest days. You’re starting out so you should be looking to condition your penis, not ramping up your routine as fast as you can.

I’ve seen more guys sabotage themselves in the first month than any other point in their pe endeavors. If you're seeing gains you keep the routine the same until they stop for a while. No better way to gain.

Fast ramp ups get you injuries like what you’ve seen and stall your gains and make your penis too tough to gain in the future.
