Newbie Gains After One Month Jp 90 Program
This is my first started thread so good luck for everyone. I have started on 9/11 exercises and after one month overall results are:
BPEL from 6.22” to 6.638”
Mseg 5”(without change)
BPEL Results from week to week
First week :+0.2”
Do I need to exercise more or with new exercises because of decreased results. Also I need to say that I wasn’t exercised regulary on third and fourth week due to small injury.
I am doing JP 90 routhine with little modification on jelqing. I hate to count jelqs so I jelq without pause 8-16 minutes. Two seconds for every jelq so 240 to 480 jelqs.480 jelqs caused injury, a red bump that went away in 4 days. Also I had black spots on my glans but they disappeared in 5-10 minutes.
